Blueberry cobbler simple and easy recipe

  • For those who are making cobbler the first time, don’t feel overwhelmed by the name! This is the easiest and quickest warm dessert you can make that will taste divine and especially in winters, this dish will give you the warmth you need in a dessert.
    Divide your task into two parts:
    -Assembling the fruit of your choice (apple or peach or strawberry or blueberry)
    -Make the flour batter
    1. For the first part, cut your fruit (if it is big like an apple or peach, even strawberries), in this recipe I used blueberries so I was able to completely omit the cutting part.
    2. Add in some sugar, lemon zest is optional but incase if blueberry I highly recommend pairing it with zest
    3. Mix all your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon)
    4. Add in your liquids (milk , butter)
    5. Mix it altogether and your flour mixture is ready
    6. Lastly, layer the flour mix on your fruit and put it in the oven for baking.
    I bake it on 150 degree celsius for about 45-50 minutes (when the toothpick comes out clean) and voila! Your super warm and delicious dessert is ready. Serve it with some vanilla icecream for that extra oomph and trust me, you’ll love it!

    The best part about such cobbler recipes is that there are very few cals on this. I would reckon the entire dish to have less than 400 cals. So in all pretty solid dessert option for health conscious people.
