Thanks for this Noyan, I really enjoyed learning from you! I have wondered how come caffeine affects people in different ways? I'm able to have a cup of tea before bed and still have a good nights sleep 😆
Thanks Beccy! I used to be the same, caffeine had no longer much impact on me, at least not obviously noticeable, but it does affect our body, especially the quality of sleep. It's because we develop something called tolerance. To avoid developing tolerance, I intentionally avoid caffeine some days.
