Season 20 of Apex saw a shift in not only the meta, but how we play the game as a whole. We go over the best ultimates for every Legend and put them into a tier list. This is based on their ultimates without any perks and just how they are if you were to get them with no perks.

Thanks for the take. Imo: Seer too low (B, or minimum C), Crypto too low (B), Bloodhound too low (S, ALGS teams running bc of this ability); Rampart too high (B, A after perks), Horizon too high (B; disciplined players team shoot, I'd put on par with Mag ball).

Remember though, I’m making this tier list based off their ultimates not their perks which is why some of the ones you mentioned are being played more (specifically bloodhound)
