If it’s possible, I’d love to see a video on how you buy a rental apartment in an estate or complex, basically the whole process and also for how long does the ownership last and lastly do you come with your own tenants or ?
    Thank you😊

If the property is in a complex where there is a management, would you advise to let the management take care of the property including looking for occupants and maintenance or to do it yourself as a property owner?
Which one would you recommend and why?

The property management comes at a cost so if you are willing to pay for that convenience then by all means go ahead. if you have one property and live in the same city as your investment property it could be cheaper and easier to do it yourself just to learn the ropes so that you have clear expectations from management. Once you have multiple properties it does become time consuming then it makes sense to have management. I am learning a lot doing by doing it myself but will definitely migrate into management in the future.

I am so interested on who pays for the cost 🥰🥰

haha its very important that the tenant knows what they pay for and must be stipulated in the lease agreement ( anything broken that needs to be fixed, if you mount your tv or hang anything up then they need to pay for closing the walls and and repainting etc). it must never comes as a surprise.
