    I love the walks in your garden and the huge variety of different, herbs, fruit and vegetables you have. Making your meals from freshly gathered produce must make them all taste like heaven. Have a great week.

      Thank you! I'm very lucky to have such a beautiful garden, all thanks to my mother of course! I'm a disaster with plants! But fresh food does taste better 🤗 thank you, have a cool week :)

    So jealous of the garden, you've obviously put a lot into it! Just shared the channel with a group of friends!

      I can't take much credit for the garden, my mother does most of the work :) I'm just very lucky! Thank you so much for sharing, it helps a lot!!

    Those collard greens look like future caldo verde to me....

      Exactly :) I was thinking about that while filming!

      Yes he does! His favorite crop to munch on is my arm, closely followed by my leg lol

    I know for papercut prevention, people put handcream on their hands, so the paper doesn't slice. I don't know if something could be applied to prevent cat scratches, perhaps an inch thick layer of vaseline? though it might prove to be not practical

    • @BeetTheRush
      @BeetTheRush  Před 2 lety +2

      I had no idea that helped with paper cuts! I should cover myself with Vaseline and find out! :P so far the only effective way I found to avoid bites and scratches is "speak when spoken to, touch if allowed"

      "speak when spoken to, touch if allowed" sounds like good dating advice for young men 🤔

    Love the filming and the multiple angles in this one. And, of course, your garden looks great as usual!
    P. S. Sorry you got scratched by the cat, but I guess that's the price of doing business with her :)

      Thank you! I'm still training my different angles, still a bit awkward 🤣
      He had his theeth deep into my arm and I was thinking.. such a cute boy, a bit bitey, might have to get antibiotics, but still cute 🥰 it is what it is with cats..

      @@BeetTheRush Oh, I forgot more camera tips (hope it doesn't overwhelm you. If it does, please tell me). So if you wanna avoid overexposed skies and such, you can permanently enable Highlight Tone Priority in your camera menu (I believe every Canon camera has it), and you'll get wider dynamic range. Also, you may consider exporting your video from your video editor in higher resolution (like 1440p or 4K), so that CZcams doesn't compress your videos as much and we get higher quality version for tablet/TV viewing.
      Hope this helps and doesn't overwhelm you. Please keep making these wholesome videos! :)

      @@yawningmarmot don't worry about overwhelming me, I'm in a constant state of overwhelmdness :p I'm pretty good at it ha ha I always appreciate your feedback and tips and it helps a lot! Looking ate the settings on my camera before filming is something I need to get better at, I'll look for that in my menu. Also, I should probably upgrade to my editing software, I'm postponing learning premiere, this is the best filmora can do! Thank you for taking the time to help me and share your knowledge!
