It's been one week since i quit smoking started when i was 16 in 1985. 36 years of cigarettes and now at 52 I'm done.

I was Talking to someone about me stopping smoking. 2 minutes later I get on CZcams scroll for 5 seconds and boom, this video. I don’t believe in coincidences.

As a CNA working in an assisted living facility I have seen people who have smoked for years there's this gentleman who every time he coughs just makes me want to cry and it's so loud it sounds like he is literally hacking up a lung. And he literally does not have a voice every single time he speaks it's in a whisper so that is another thing that does affect your body when you smoke.
She died last year it was very soon it was 5 years ago it was a special memory last year she was thankful to come to that show if I were going to that show I will feel forced emotional at the same time it looked it wont care about me anymore I don't have a job anymore I will not have luck to move if I was in that show I will just empty if I feel like if I had never done that.
RIP Becky 2023 I feel she could have never smoke it was a special memory 5 years ago when I was hospitalized with a kidney hypertension condition

I have seen her on tv ads talking about her smoking and what she can and can't do with out oxygen.

I have bronchitis because I smoked cigarettes. I regret that everyday because it comes and goes and I have to use inhalers everyday for the rest of my life smh , I don’t advise ANYBODY to start smoking
My good friend. He was on Copd he died about two months ago I saw him last as out of breath, I was feeling helpless. He told me he quits I don’t know how long ago but he smokes for 26 years he said it is hard to quit but he did then later years I guess he got Copd, my late parent used to smoke both quits don’t get Copd they were younger may be have it later, they have other health issues before deceased . My grand father used to smoke then my grandmother got second hand smoke she got throat cancer. She refused chemo she beat the odd she deceased old age she was a long brave tough grandmother! My aunt told me a story about her that I never knew. My grandfather quit for his wife impressed me! I am glad I don’t smoke when I was twelve try I hate the taste good thing dislike.

My great uncle Dan died of COPD but he didn’t smoke

If you wanna quit you have to do it cold turkey.
Hypnotherapy also works for anyone who truly wants to quit smoking for themselves but are having trouble with riding out the cravings. My father is a retired hypnotherapist, and he helped many people quit smoking by reinforcing their desire to kick the habit and get healthy.
All while there was weed out there the whole time 😔
Well u should smoke if u want to preserve the environment simply bcoz smoking kills humans who damage the environment through their activities 😀
