From there, amongst other changes, came out Venom sneaked as spider man suit. Dr. Doom as a character was given a different approach, not only being a villain purely, but someone else with mixed motivations and sometimes even being mercyful.
Well, it only makes sense for not only The One Above All to be more powerful but also for the Living Tribunal, who was created by TOAA to keep the Universe in balance and should only be second to the TOAA. And further thinking, it also makes sense for Death or Eternity to be above him. But i get it, he was basicly unmatched. Basicly everything Odin did he did Times 100 or so. And Odin himself was at one Point the most Powerful Being in Marvel, before Galactus and other Cosmic Beings were created. The Hirachy itself is alright but Odin became weaker and weaker and was turned into a Joke and the same seems to happen now with the Beyonder and that's something that's unnecessary.

I thought Hickman retconned their to be a race of Beyonds on his Avengers run and that's who Doom stole powers from to create Battlworld and make Secret Wars happen? Maybe I missed a more recent comic that retconned that

Actually TOAA isn't the most powerful being. That title belongs to composite spider man, which is all spider man versions on one. This includes cosmic comic spider man, who is writer/reader level power, and is more powerful than TOAA
