The company I applied to tests you through a bunch mathematical exams and a mock call during the interview. It was all unexpected and can't review for. Glad I got through and got an offer. :)

I’ll be doing my training soon but we do it a bit different in our country we do definition of memorandum time phrases for different countries but I fails it the first time so am going back to try again

Thanks for this info and now I had an idea what to expect on CC training., I just got passed my final interview last week, then medical exam and scheduled for training on Aug 18. Honestly, I feel nervous and excited at the same time haha. I understand that there's a big adjustment since I'm from teaching industry for 4 years, now I'm just hoping to pass the different training phases so I could get the job. Anyways, I would like to thank you for the tips that you shared from your previous videos about CC interview and it helps me a lot 😊😊. I wanted to tell you thanks sooo much!!! I am starting my first job in a call-center (only ever worked in restaurants basically) and am very nervous. I know it'll be ok, but its just nerve wracking. I couldnt find any good videos besides yours, thank you!!! Also, they have different jobs different people do: they have me doing calls tracking packages and stuff. Any tips??😎

I'm also basically new in the BPO industry, but watching your videos and tip has helped me a lot to be able to land a job in the Call Center industry. I will be starting my training on June 15 and would like just to ask the difference between training at the office and home training? The company has opted for this because of our current pandemic situation.
For me as a newbie, I would like to conduct my training on their office so that if I have any concerns, I can ask immediately them and vice versa. Sorry, it is really my first time.. thanks in advance for answering and thank you again for people like you in helping people like us who are new in this industry. More power and blessings to you..
Hey Calvin, aside from the location, most likely the difference is that you will have more hands-on application in the office. But maybe your company has already found ways to make practicing easier and possible for you while you're working from home.
