Very encouraging! 😍😭 and i feel more determined to be strong and brave, when i have to face our nesting transition, i've been in my training right now for 4days and what will i said is, it's very intimidating when you were seeing some tenured CC there walking around, and also it's very scary when you are seeing some agents having their calls. but since that is all first impression i had, because it was my first time to be there, but luckily, our trainer are very approachable and she's not making the situations very hard, she said that we only have to do is to be attentive and focus and never ever think that we are far from the excellence of tenured, because we've never be there if we're not good enough for our position, and lastly she said that they are also from being newbie and also facing that scary matters we felt right now, and next week she has said that we should be focus because were going to have our first nesting, be ourselve and have knowledge as always! like what you said Ms. Rhea don't be too hard with ourselves, it was stepping stone to us halfway to our dreams we already passed the interview and were not here if we can't also trust ourselve wayback in the interview! lastly i would like to say Ms. Rhea Thank you! you are also part why i'm being so strong and inspired everytime i'm watching you, i got determined and focused. hehe maybe am i not good in grammar, and there are too many lapses but still i would like to be you soon! 😊
Top tip, make it clear to your line manager you have family who do lots of Business with the company so they treat you like an internal customer. Something bosses often forget when being rude to their employees
I'm a little bit nervous because my training will start on the first week of January, that's why I'm currently searching as to what I should expect and do once the training started. Its my second day of body-banking. Tommorow will be the start of my nesting. Last friday is my first time accepting call and it scares me a lot. I encounter different scenarios. And sometimes i totally do not understand a thing. Later I'll be taking call again And I have this fear on accepting calls. I think I have this trauma since some of the client I encounter are irrate and It got me pressure a lot. And then I watch this video. And I realize that In order for me to learn I should accept more calls, regardless of how irrate the client is. I will absorb everything I can and I will find ways to better understand them. So, yeah thank u so much. It help me a lot.

I'm on the start of our 2nd week in nesting. And from 20 trainees, we're down to 15. As a call center virgin, I congratulate myself for surviving the 1st week and it's a great achievement na for me. I received alot of promoters but the problem is, I'm not hitting the metrics. And, hitting the metrics is the main requirement for us to be endorsed in the prod. After our 3rd week, it will be the decision day. Hope I can make it cause if not, we have to update our resume na 😣
You're right. You have already achieved a great deal. Just keep working on your metrics and show progress. You never know, they might still consider you if ever. But go lang ng go. ❤

I just did my first nesting a while ago and it was nerved cracking situation. It was a bad call 😩😩😭 im so frustrated because the customer told me to call the supervisor because she said that it seems that i dont know im doing
That happens. But don't dwell on it. Instead, focus on moving forward and take your learnings from that call so that you will improve in the next. 🙂❤
