As an artistic swimmer, you did pretty darn good for your first gel job! And yeah, hot water and lits of conditioner helps dissolve the gelatin. Then lots and lots of shampoo!
I use oily conditioner or hot coconut oil ❤❤
i use knox gelatin and milk to make a face mask that will literally rip every hair and blackhead out of your face. and honestly, cant even imagine putting it in my hair!!

PLEASE DO A LONG TEST OF THE SHOES!!!! 😍 The creator is always saying you have to wear in the flats for a month and you are the only person I trust to see if that’s true 😂 and would love to see you changing up the heel out and about!

I've had mine for a few weeks now and honestly even 15 mins if wearing them flat makes a huge difference. After wearing them 3 times it's honestly not really noticeable

As an ex synchronised swimmer, i can tell you that you really did a great job of getting de knox of your hair. Fun fact, when i was younger, we were told to mix conditionner and eggs to dissolve the knox, we tried but, with the hot water, it scrambled the eggs in our hair instead. Terrible experience... and smell ahah!

The original / good version of the convertible heels is by Mime et Moi. Since the 'flat' version is still a half inch or so, it doesn't make your toes curl up weirdly. Annalise Wood reviewed both and the difference was wild

For the shoes, they've made some tiktoks explaining that the flats form you'd have to wear for a while to break them in to lay completely flat
Would this ruin them for the heels? The incline just feels fundamentally incompatible with a flat and if you make them too pliable then you lose the support.

Pashion does flatten out after using them for awhile!
Yessss! We always recommend about a week of wear in flats for the flats to be fully "broken in" - our shoe soles are made out of flexible, moldable material that has to "learn" the flat shape, but once they're worn a bit they flatten great (and are always comfy)!

Former Artistic Swimmer here - if you do a good job of getting the gelatin out, it can strip everything out of your hair and leave it feeling really soft. I hated getting it out, but the end result was worth it!

I did watch a video on the shoes and they said you sorta have to bed in the flats, they become more flexible so sit flatter the more you wear them. I love all the different heels you can get for them, super customisable. I imagine after a long day in heels you wouldn’t care what the flats look like as long as your feet are ok lol ❤

The Shark Flex Style is my favorite! You’ll use it twisted when you blow dry your hair. It makes my hair feel so good! I normally don’t use the styling tools just because hot tools have a better hold but I love blow drying my hair with it!

I have the shark flex style and the twisting feature is really great when you want to normally blow dry your hair or diffuse it. Much easier to use when it's at a right angle than when it's straight!

I was a synchronized swimmer for 7 years... I loved the way my hair felt after knoxing and am tempted to do it to this day as a hair mask. And yea, the smell - you're not wrong!

I am thinking that perhaps the cake got flattened while your suitcase was in the airplane. While your suitcase was aboard, it was not in a pressurized area, and all the air in the cotton candy escaped.

Not necessarily, cotton candy will do that on its own without any changes to the environment it's in. It would've happened to the cake after 3 weeks regardless of the travel
