Mostly vecause I stopped playing for, like, 8 years? I literally don't have a single Primed mod. I *need* this man's inventory!
My problem with Baro is that his shit's actually too expensive (for a casual player), so i can get like one mod or weapon at a time, and never see them again until 3 years later down the line where I see them at the grocery store, washed out with collapsed veins. I turn away from them and complain to my new Archon Mod. "So much for the neighbourhood."
I wouldnt say its too expensive for a casual player, it just depends what that casual player spends their time doing. I have seen new players go strait for relic farming as soon as they could just because they liked the look of some prime frame, at which point they are loaded up on other prime junk they dont want.
It all depends how much you like relic cracking, really. If you're the kind of player that does it as a filler activity while doing things like trying out builds, leveling items or doing nightwaves you end up with quite a bit.
And that's all assuming doing it very casually without even having good builds, if you know baro's coming soon and go into good fissures with some good equipment for the job you can have plenty of time to accumulate parts. If you wait until he's actually here to start farming ducats though, yeah, it's going to feel like a grind.
@@DenunionI would absolutely love to relic farm, but Warframe always being littered with bugs, I can't even load into 90% of missions without getting an error, "Cannot connect to the host, please try again later" and immediately have to spend another 3 minutes loading into a mission just to do the same thing.

@KaVaKaZi I don't understand why you're complaining about me complaining and saying it's the "popular thing to do." And getting mad because people are complaining. Very hypocritical. But the host disconnections and migrations aren't a connection issue. And yes, warframe is littered with bugs. The entire duviri is bug infested, and there's multiple bugs in the game universally. Switch to your operator and switch back extremely fast; your character glitches semi permanently and requires you to die to fix. What about the random falling out of the map bugs? And the random logouts that happen. You could've just replied with the first part.
No joke, the primed bucket and such, like lore related mundain items are so fun.
I always see peiple calling baro useless, then see the over 10k plat I made over the years selling his stuff and im all like 🤨🤨🤨🤨

Considering the amount of newbies I've met that didn't buy mod from Baro coz chat spam Prime Disappointment in relay, i feel like conspiracy theorists when i think those people just say that to sell it afterwards for more profit
I dont know. When its so easy to get what you need from Baro as opposed to older players, it seems as if the players are just scamming the newbies

I'll be honest, I'm the guy that farms ducats for things like Prime Bucket, gives up halfway, and by the time Tennocon comes, I just need a little more grinding to get everything I wanted because I've done this so many times over the year.

Honestly, I would kill for either Primed Streamline or more types of Archon Shards, one of which would give us Power Efficiency.
But if Baro brings that Prisma Twinn Grakata blueprint, all sins will be forgiven for the next 2 years.

Can’t wait for the reveal that Baro was the man in the wall the whole time and was just starting wars and manipulating just about everyone possible in order to make money off the Tenno
Add in the fact, that they explained a synchronized on all platforms Baro as "a dashing stranger showed up and made a deal with Baro to fuse his eternslistic copies into a one perfect individual".
Wall-e just casually walked up to Baro and said "hey, wanna have a power to be aware of multiple realities and be present at all of them simultaneously for absolutely free?" So, now Baro officially have god-like void power just for being born better.
I've been playing since 2015 and I don't have all of his inventory. Yesterday will be a big day for me, I will be able to finally get most of what I've missed in the past 8 years. So if look at the big picture, as long as there are new players Baro will remain exciting.

As a new-ish player I'm honestly so burned out of Baro Visits, it really feels like I am gimping my prime collection just to feed Dukats to the Baro machine.
Simply hoard primes, Complete Your Collection, THEN offload any extra junk to him :V
Once i had nothing to give, i needed most Primes.
Now i have enough spare primes i could casually drop over 3k ducats in one trip, with plenty to spare...

I think baro doesn't go to the void. He probably just steals stuff from somewhere and then puts his name or "prisma" on it. (Also: Prisma garbage is still garbage) But he does a good job at it.
There are still 4 or 5 Banes that i don't have because Baro hasn't sold them in years. 😂
I bet this is why they have the Tennocon Relay - so people who can't get these mods will just pay to access them.

Honestly very good point for reselling mods. Ppl tend to forget that theres always a huge influx of new players and primed mods are essential in most builds. Ive made thousands of plat from selling max ranked prime mods bc its worth it to new players to buy a fully set up mod then spend weeks farming materials to rank it up themselves.

Baro is still *possibly* holding out on us with Prisma fluctus
this was back when profit taker fight was released, archguns were seeing relevance by being usable in standard gameplay instead of just archwing, and one day, right before baros visit, patch notes mentioned fixing something with the fluctus, AND prisma fluctus, the stars had aligned, but Baro just had a weapon dangle thing, and we have yet to see a prisma fluctus.
