I met Gillian Anderson once at Heathrow Airport. She's tiny. She was also very sweet, chatted for a few minutes about what she was filming at the time, something in Moscow, and was very down to earth, no airs and graces, absolutely lovely.

If she's doing an interview in the States, she speaks with and American accent, but if she's in GB, she uses her English accent. I'm willing to bet she doesn't even know she's doing it. Actors are very good at adapting and improvising. Regardless, she's amazing and I can't wait for the next season of Sex Education.

So now I'm slowly enjoying both Hannibal and Sex Ed at the same time tho some moments while watching Sex Ed my brain still go "Bedelia what are you doing here being so cheerful O.o" or "ah so this is where Bedelia is after escaping Hannibal" lol Tho, think about it, that would be a fun albeit silly headcannon. Bedelia barely escaped Hannibal and flee to the UK, got prosthetic leg, became another kind of therapist because duh, and completely changed identity :D

There's this one moment where Otis told Jean "you need to stop analysing everything I do" and then Jean replied "I will when you stop creating performative situations that you clearly want me to observe" and that line just SCREAMS Bedelia with how she sees through the scheme and the eloquent wording. Anyway I think my brain will keep unintentionally making Jean/Bedelia comparison as I go on in this series lol. And I'd totally love to exchange Discord! Though I don't want my discord to be so public as in CZcams, so uhhhhhh I'll leave it here in this comment, then after you got it, reply to me and let me know, then I'll edit it out.
