i was going to talk about my essays and how to apply as well, but honestly i did a horrible job with applying so i feel as though explaining what i did would not be that helpful at all.
BUT if you would like me to make a video about the mistakes i made in the college application process, tips i learned during the process, how i did my applications/essays, how i chose what college/major to apply to, or what i wrote in my essays then please let me know in the comments!

Go to community college, thats what I did. Two years later, and im transferring to UCLA for the fall quarter.

i go to a cc after transferring from an (expensive) private college and tbh just take your gen eds and pre reqs at a cc and get really good grades (cc is not just easy it depends on the professor and class) and transfer. i’m a prenursing major so i’m gonna transfer to get my bachelors after i graduate and get my associates. it’s not the end of the world

when you get into the program you get a list of what to bring. it says to bring cargo shorts and i literally had to go to goodwill to thrift some in the guys section! HAHAH it's super easy and common to find at thrift stores! and basically yes we only wore the polo, hat, and cargo shorts and then switched into athletic wear for our morning PT!

Hey, if I plan on only taking three years of Spanish, would you recommend taking Spanish 3 over the summer? And when you took AP Gov, did you have to wait until May to take the exam?
i was thinking the same thing too
for my school, i'd say it was the better route to take it over the summer! for me, the online class was really easy and i freed up a space in my schedule to take 5 ap's and a choir class as well so i do think it was worth it. i heard that the actual spanish 3 honors class at my school was pretty difficult and i did not want to stress out about that so i just took it over the summer. the only con would be that you would have to pay if you wanted to take it over summer and its not cheap!
also, yes if you take an ap class over summer you have to take the ap exam at the same time as everyone else so yes it's in may. for me tho, i'm choosing not to take the ap exam bc i'm pretty sure i'm going to fail it and tbh it's not necessary to take it.

hello! thank you for the great question! i actually did list many other activities in the ec section. i also mentioned national honors society (11th-12th grade), piano (9th grade), and taekwondo (9th grade). i actually put key club as volunteer and community service instead of ec. i hope that helped!

Issa hey brother man it’s okay, just work your hardest and improve as much as you can. It’s never to late to turn things around. Also you can always get into a decent but easier college than UCLA and then transfer or go to UCLA for a graduate degree. You can do it!

Well i dont have hope to go to an american university anymore. (Im dutch and the system is soooo different so its gonna be really hard to figure everything out, still trying tho)
Oh crap I’m scared now😂 I have 2 more days of being a freshman, i have a 3.6 gpa I want to bring it up though😵lmao I have the highest in my class. I go to the smallest public school in Florida( literally only like 300 students from Pre K - 12th grade.😂 so I don’t have many class options or APs available 🤦♀️ Next year I will dual enroll for English and maybe math depending on my SAT score. I think I will only take 1 AP (because my school is stupid and has literally nothing😂 lmao) For 11th and 12th grade I’m going to try to go to a bigger school for more options👍🏻 I want to get into a nice college but I think I may have already screwed myself over.🤦🏼♀️😂😭

I think i already messed up my chances into getting in really good colleges because i got a 3.1 gpa freshman year and a 3.4 gpa sophomore year and i haven’t taken any AP classes yet ); i regret that so much because i really want to go to a good school but SIGH i don’t think there’s anything i can do :/
That’s a low gpa but a community college will be good for you.
You can always opt for a smaller college where your GPA will work for you. Sometimes it's better to find the college that fits you than to bend twist yourself trying to live up to a course load that will overwhelm you where you can't be your best.
