Looks good for such a new game, however the camera just feels a bit too close to the dino itself. Otherwise, very impressive.
@@SargonofAkkad Yeah the camera isn't actually that close, was just some issue at the beginning that didn't allow me to zoom out. But later in the video you should see I am much further as they fixed it 😊

The foliage and atmosphere was beautiful! I loved how the plants actually moved, especially upon contact with the dinosaur’s body, although I will admit I prefer the way the Dino’s move in the isle, I recognize that this is still a Tech demo, and it looks amazing for that! Astounding work keep it up! 👍

The game looks AMAZING. The atmosphere is so nice, I would love if they added some cold antartic biome or something for more cold habitual dinosaurs such as cryo.

This can definitely be a rival for PoT or The Isle. Overall, this game looks very well done for just a demo.

The jungle vegetation and trees in this game are VASTLY superior to The Isle. You can actually see where you are going in this game. The Isle just uses generic UE4/5 vegetation and they use WAY too much of it. This vegetation is more varied and MUCH nicer to look at. I like the varying heights of the plants vs The Isle, where everything is the same height which is directly in your face/camera in that game. I also like these trees. They look like Banyan trees that we have in Florida and they can get MASSIVE. I'm talking big enough to cover half a neighborhood or an entire street.

I think I love it and i will buy it as soon as I get the chance and finally path of titans has some good competition because they are kinda really slow with updates and new creatures LOVE IT

When a dino kills a human in the game and eats it, could it rip off arms, legs and head? So the dino get different diets depending on the body part it eats like in the isle?

Islander and his team did in 10 months what the isle could not in 8 years. A good dinosaur survival game.
@@JELONGreatMrRed Actually 8 months (from what he told me) but yeah it's incredible what they are doing already, makes me think what the isle will do to combat this, as they will be in trouble
@@ucjgaming Im not honestly hating on the isle, they are making this game for 8 years just for 20$ for sale with so many features and mechanics for just 20$ all. Still tho, many aspects of it are really.. not good.
@@JELONGreatMrRed Yeah I get ya, like everything they have done and added in just Evrima is worth the money. I'd pay even £30 for it. But the slow development and the constant hacker issues, fatal errors, bad ping etc is the issue

I am sure they will fix something for this but hopefully it does not stay like a tailriding combat system
@@Eiderhanne I wouldn't say it's a tail riding system? It had alt attacks already (that are still in works with animations)
@@ucjgaming Maybe I missed that, but it looked like from the fight I saw that it was similar to the old The isle, running in circles trying to bite the others tail. But as I said, I dont think it will (or maybe not even are) be when it is done I guess :) It is in such a early stage so I have no doubt in what they can do cus it looks promising

Looks nice, just wish the animations were better, looks like path of titans and their animations are very bad. The animators are either not very experienced or had not enough time.
@@ingrida1121 Remember that this is a Tech demo, so what you are seeing now is very early. It hasn't even reached Alpha stage yet! So a lot will be changed by the time it's a full game 😊
@@ucjgaming as someone that did a game demo and is a game artist, I'm pretty sure if they do not change the animator, it is more or less how it is going to look in terms of animations, maybe with minor improvements. Because right now their focus is to build the gameplay and optimise the game. Who knows though, if they have the budget to hire experienced animators then it might become much better, though it did not happen with path of titans, even though that game is much bigger and more popular. Let's hope that the game itself in terms of gameplay is unique and engaging.
@@ingrida1121 Oh ok, yeah see I don't know much about that, I'm only guessing but you know 😊 I don't think it looks bad personally, but I believe the gameplay will be good, which is mainly what I want tbh as the Isle has amazing graphics and models but the constant weeks or months of fatal errors or bad ping and stuff like that makes me cry 😢
@@ucjgaming that is true, gameplay is the most important part, which is why I hope it will be unique and engaging and nots something that we already have, like ARK, the isle, path of titans or beasts of bermuda.
I dont like pot cuz not realistic dont love isle because too many toxic people and canibals so yh i hope this game does well and overtakes both however i want the same or better animation as the isle because these look like copy paste pot, fingers crossed tho
@@inoizyl7882 I think they are better animations than pot, but yeah the isle is definitely more advanced in that field. But we shall see with each update, it may change dramatically

Bruh what, what are the comments yapping about. Models suck, graphics suck, animations suck. "Oh BuT ItS In EaRly DeVeLoPmEnt" this game does not seem to have any potential
The only major problem at the moment is the huge amount of lag. Yes the game is literally unplayable with the amount of lag shown, but that'll probably be fixed before launch. The fact they're actually figuring out a way to include humans and actually make it make sense already makes it better than the isle. The Isle just said "fuck it" and threw humans in for fun. Also, the graphics are already at least nearly equal to the isle. This game does indeed have potential, your just used to the isle and PoT.
