Installing GXP bottom bracket with crank set - EASY bicycle instructions!

In this video it is demonstrated how to install the GXP Shimano or SRAM bottom bracket in a road or single speed aluminum frame. The torque values are 25-30 ft LBs (34 - 41 Nm) for the cups and 35-39 ft LBs (48 - 54 Nm) for the crank arms on this SRAM S300 crank set.
