- A North Carolina man accused of taking an upskirt video of a Target customer has been pictured with his girlfriend - as his victim breaks her silence.
Thomas Ryan Elliott, 21, was arrested at a store in Greenville on Monday after being caught crouching near a woman wearing a skirt.
The voluntary elementary school worker was seen on camera placing his cellphone on the floor to take the video up her black outfit.

Wow! The fact that there's video footage of this dude being a creep and the schools are refusing to do anything about it waiting for the courts that's so sick just failing the children again.

Fun fact when you delete something off your phone or computer it doesn't actually delete it. It just marks that space as available to be overwritten so unless you have program that automatically overwrites it (several times because just once doesn't completely get rid of it) it's actually very easy to recover.
Even using programs like you said are not 100% positive to get rid of the data.

the thing about deleting things from a cell phone is that on some phones if you just delete the file but you do not turn the phone off and restart the phone then the files can easily be recovered from the phone it is just like deleting text messages in a way you can delete the message but the messages can still be recovered from the cell phone provider and also the person you sent the text to
