    Let me just say that Naomi in that Fed Cup Match had very little to do with the actual match. Naomi was likely very very frustrated with how she was playing, but the core reason behind her lack of composure during that match was the passing of Kobe. She had a special bond with him and I truly believe loosing him impacted her greatly, both in positive and negative ways. While in the short term it led to her being completely smashed by Sarribes Tomo, in the long term I think it pushed her harder and made her realise life is too short to fall out of love with tennis.

    Caroline is repeatedly judged for her GS performance. Bt she nvr shyed away from giving her all to tennis. Remaining no. 1 for two consecutive years , 30 odd tittles. She did her best irrespective of the status of tournament not depending particularly on GS giving full respect to tennis and every tournament she played. What a player nd under rated champion.

    • @Mike-ox8sq
      @Mike-ox8sq Před 2 lety +2

      Yes, you are so right and in regard to no 16. With Caroline. How about telling WHY she was emotional. She had been diagnosed with a serious disease that will affect her the rest of her life and because of that diagnose and that illness, she had to retire, despite being in the very top of the WTA ranks and not long after she had won a Grand slam. Ok to show her crying, it was an emotional moment, but in most clips the context are understood. That she thanks her dad that have trained her since she was 6 at the night of her retiring, due to illness, are hardly weird. Would rather be weird if she was not emotional.
      I am so happy to learn that she just have had her first child and her illness seems to not entirely prevent her from having a life, after tennis. All the best to her. She can be SO proud of her tennis life.

      More like a narcisstic and cowardly girl, who only cares about herself, as when she disrupted the schedule of other players for her cringy political stunt, or when she refused to do press conferences because she was afraid they would ask her unpleasent questions, even though every player has a duty to go through this. She even goes as far as faking a 'depression' to skip clay and grass season.
