Real ideal conditions is on a freeway/highway. Long straight road. 55F. Through the night so the sun doesn’t beat down on them. And low altitude.

Personally I don't see it happening, I see a 2:03:38 about this Saturday. Fun to note that the Breaking 2 will also happen on the same day at the first sub4 Mile. So there's a bit of food for thought. Only wish Nike was transparent and open about what TUEs these guys have and a transparent drug test after the race in Italy... Nike does they're own in house testing, just reminds me of US Postal and Lance Armstrong.
