Great video. That’s going into my running motivation playlist. Which is somewhat ironic as I try and remove motivation from the process. Discipline trumps motivation every time. I guess discipline must therefore be based on a trust in the process. Kudos.
I'd like to redescribe it as 'beautiful and profound'. It was on my playlist today for 400m track repeats. And at times throughout the day when working from home, it was playing on repeat. I listen to a lot of CZcams motivational videos: this has entered my top best ever... phenomenal. I rarely comment on CZcams. Probably once per year at most. Special. Thank you ☺️☺️☺️
