    All are true. The screentime thing especially. Kids and adults now a days are definitely addicted to screens.

      I don’t think it’s just one generation. It’s every generation living that feels the same way. Being a Substance use counselor, I know for a fact using substances to cope with the world around us only makes things worse. There’s definitely healthier ways to cope.

    I think you should add sleeping disruption, changing wake up / go to bed hours.
