If you’re looking for tips on how to learn faster and boost productivity, you’ve come to the right place đŸ”„. In this video, Jim Kwik explains six tips on how to learn faster and how to use the “FAST” technique as part of your daily brain training regimen. Jim Kwik is one of the world's most famous brain training coaches who shows you how to tap into your very own mind power 🌟.
This video with Jim Kwik is so much more than just about productivity tips. It’s about working with your brain waves and treating them like your very own superpower đŸ§™â€â™€ïž. You’ll understand why all learning is state-dependent, the importance of learning how to learn fast, the dangers of Digital Overload, Digital Destruction, and Digital Dementia, how modern people are losing simple memorization capabilities, and 6 Quick tips of fast learning, including the “FAST” technique. If you want to learn even more, check out the link in the first paragraph ☝.
    About Jim Kwik:
✅Before Jim Kwik was recognized as one of the foremost experts in speed-reading, memory improvement, brain performance, and accelerated learning - And a highly sought-out trainer for top organizations like Virgin, Nike, Zappos, NYU, GE, Fox Studios, Harvard, and Singularity University - Jim was known as “the boy with the broken brain.”
✅At the age of five, Jim suffered a head injury that left him with severe learning challenges, and as a result, he would struggle throughout his schooling years. He read considerably slower. He absorbed and understood less. And learning anything new was an uphill battle.
✅Hoping to compensate for these challenges, Jim double-downed his efforts in college in hopes of staying on par with his peers. But spending hours in the library single-mindedly focused on his studies came at a cost. He hardly ate. He hardly slept. And in a dangerously weakened state, weighing only 117 pounds, Jim passed out, falling down a flight of stairs, and once again, sustained further head injuries.
✅Jim woke up in the hospital two full days later. But during his recovery in the hospital, he had the one epiphany that changed the entire trajectory of his life. It occurred to him that his entire education revolved around being taught what to learn - Math, science, geography, Spanish - But never once was he taught how to learn.
✅This single thought became his obsession. As Jim began to unravel how the human brain really works, he developed strategies to enhance his mental performance dramatically. And as he saw more success, he began teaching his newfound techniques to his fellow students, which would later become his life’s mission.
✅For the last 25+ years, Jim has dedicated his life to helping others unleash their true genius and brainpower to learn anything faster and live a life of greater power, productivity, and purpose.

I LOVE that YOU, Jim Kwik, did not give in to your learning challenges after your accident, but instead, you learned to overcome to the point that you are one now of the world's fastest readers.
Not only that, but for overcoming those challenges, which has led you to teaching hundreds of thousands ++ of people helping them with strategies to read faster and comprehend more.
Had you given in to the pain and procrastination, we wouldn't have been blessed with all the things you are teaching in this 57 min talk!
Sooooooooo, many golden nuggets of info in this video! Well done!

I’m literally in tears right now. The whole presentation was mind blowing and full of valuable, amazing, eye/opening , life transforming information but the last 25 minutes truly spoke to my heart and mind. I didn’t start to write down what I’d tell my younger self though I have thought about that often but the second part, that was something I’d never thought of and initially thought, that’s a bit hard to wrap my head around, but only seconds later, the message became so clear and so emotional that the paper I was writing it on is soaked in tears. My message . “Don’t “TRY”, struggle so hard to be better than who you are or believe you are. It’s making you less kind and more stressed. Stop trying to make up for yesterday and using so much effort looking back at all the ways things could have been different if you’d known what you do now. Living in regret, full of dwelling on all the loss is causing you to lose the present, what beauty and opportunity there is in each moment of each day. You can’t keep living in the past, rehashing it because your sadness, fear, anxiety anger, and stress is ruining every moment of beauty right in front of you. Don’t lose what you do have, in every moment of every day. Don’t miss it! Soak it all in, the little things of each moment, every day.
Live in the present. Stop worrying about what may go wrong tomorrow, Free yourself from the self doubt and imiting bellies, the “what if’s”, the negative thoughts leading to the emotions that are ruining today. Just let your life come and go with the flow of it without the fear of repeating the past.
I would tell my younger self that I’m lovable just because I’m who I am, loved unconditionally with the love that I now feel for my children, a love so strong that they are like little pieces of my heart walking around outside of me. There’s nothing that you could do to make you unlovable! Nothing! Just like the love of a mom should be, unconditional and forever!
(That’s a bit easier because, well, I guess I know what I wished I had in my past. Healing from it doesn’t mean rehashing it over and over isn’t making it any better.

Your letter felt like an angel talking to me . I was balling . Then the part your kids are like your little hearts walking around I cried more because that’s what I have always told my kids . You had me crying at the end.
I’m 65 yrs old. I’m struggling with short term memory issues from being in a 30 yr narcissistic marriage. I was terrified of maybe I was suffering from dementia. It’s now proven narcissistic abuse causes brain damage to the part of the brain that has the capacity for short term memory. If you can help people like me, you would give so much hope to narcissistic abused people, like me.
Since being away for a year from my ex. , I’m beginning to get better. I have a daughter that is 25 and has Down Syndrome. I’m responsible for the both of us now. I’m now needing to go out and get a new career, because taking care of my daughter doesn’t pay financially. I’ve decided to get my real estate license so I can work from my home office and still be with her and narrow the time I’m needing to be away from her. There’s so much learning that is memory based. I was thinking that I wasn’t sure if I could do this. But I don’t give up easily and I keep telling myself you got this, you have to, you have no choice. Don’t stop.
    Listening to your video today

Has given me hope. Not only because of your story, but also, everything you were asking people about forgetting in this video, I do. Lol I was thinking the worst. Thank you for the hope you have instilled into my heart. God bless you and your work.

My parents spent all they had to bring me back to who I use to be. And now by God's grace I have finally desire to be able to think and learn faster cause I feel I have this calling of being a teacher with personal examples. True about the state of learning.
Since we know music and song lyrics, remember quotes and scenes from movies others don't, learning in games faster, being more creative when we do what makes us excited.
Learning more easier at lessons we love rather than those we hate doing.
Really. It is all making sense that...we learn more when we're in a good state rather than bad one.

This was so funny, I am 74 and had to study Latin at school which seemed utterly ridiculous to me as nobody spoke Latin. We had to recite amavi, amavisti, amavit, amavimus, amavistis, amaverunt and shake our rulers in the air when we got to the irregular verbs. I just looked them up for the spelling and there are so many different tenses, saying “I love” in Latin is so complex and it seemed completely pointless but I did remember the bits waving the rulers in the air!!! LOL. Now I use homoeopathy and do a lot of gardening and wish I had paid attention in the Latin classes but Italian would have been more useful. Maybe Jim Kwik should teach The Law of Attraction because his experience flying and teaching with the Actors was a superb example of the brilliance of The Law of Attraction. I don’t know if Mind alley have any interviews with Rhonda Byrne of The Greatest Secret for that as she is THE EXPERT, lives, breathes and shares it with great success! Namaste 🙏

Saw this guy twenty years ago with the exact same speech. To sell learning faster to college kids. The truth is some people are just gifted at learning, not everyone will be able to learn on the same page. The only chance you really have is if your truly interested on what you're learning because then it's not a chore to listen and study. It's homework if your told by a teacher or coach you don't want to hear it from cause they make you feel like it takes years of college. Years of study. It's the classmates you go through the process with is how you have fun with it. If your not into the process or project someone coaching you likes, you will look like a disappointment because your the subject instead of part of the project, cause they don't get that it's all bs for their own profit.

Jim Kwik is amazing. He really inspired me. When I was about 9 or 10 years old, my mom thought I was asleep and she told my father that my elder brother was smarter than me.
FYI: I love my mom and she was the best mother in the world and very kind, talented concert pianists, painter, an excellent dress maker, spoke 5 languages fluently and was very kind, warm, friendly, God fearing and she was very beautiful and had many suitors but she made a mistake of telling my dad that my bro was smarter within my hearing because it had a psychological effect on me but when I was young I had too much pride and I decided to show my mom that I was smart, I studied everyday and aced my exams and I did well in school but my brother didn't graduate but I did. But she was just being honest and my brother is really smarter than me...I'm not being humble but I'm just stating the facts. But I grew up being aware that I was not smart. I knew I wasn't smart but to hear a confirmation coming from my own mother was painful because I had failed her as a son because I was super lazy. I can't pour water in my glass even when I was 20 yrs old. I would scream for the house maids to do it for me. Looking back, I don't know my "old me" & I can't believe I was such an asshole. But my mom was not going to had any of it, so she taught me not to be an asshole and to cultivate humility, holiness, kindness, to be generous and to have a devotion to Sacred Heart Of Jesus and to enthroned an icon image of Sacred Heart of Jesus with His heart was flamed and pierced with a sword, crown of thorns, and fire.....that image should be a reminder to be more like Jesus. To imitate Christ until the day I die. This was the best adviced I have received from anyone and I have met many intellectuals. But I'm convinced that mother knows best. That piece of advice to imitate Christ, changed me completely for the better... I became nicer, friendly, generous and avoid conflict. If not for my mother, I don't think I will live long life because I was an asshole and somebody would have gotten sick and tired of my bs and decided to end my miserable life. I was worthless. But my mother loved me so much that she trained me to be a better person, to be polite, kind, friendly, read books, pray before going to bed, Church every Sundays , etc.
She didn't take sh*t from me and I'm glad she didn't.
Bact to Jim, he also grew up believing he had broken brains. That kind of comment to a child must never be said aloud even if it was true that the kid had broken brains. It could destroy childhood's confidence, trust and innocence. Because that's when I learned to pretend to look cool even if I was breaking inside. I learned that skill at a very young age...around 10 or 11 years old. I played tough and never show anyone my tears. I became hardened and distant.
It's painful especially if it's coming from the mother. But we just have to be kind. I've been practicing celibacy for almost 3 years by choice. To really understand the holy scriptures, one must practice holiness and in the state of grace. I can't be decadent and go to church. I had to choose one so I have chosen the teachings in the scriptures to turn away from immorality. To have sex with someone you don't love is being mean spirited. I don't want to hurt other people's feelings because I've experienced being treated like a sex object and it was so degrading. Overall I think this is the better version of myself but I know I still need to continue to grow in holiness. Learning is a life long process and I will never stop learning as long as I'm alive. I need to listen to Jim more often.
