    Beautiful time-lapse! Hope you fixed properly the honeycomb corner column with concrete epoxy.

    It looks like your lot has a low water table which is a major concern...Dapat ang semento ay hinahaluan ng CONCRETE ACCELERATOR para mabilis matuyo...Remember concrete is a porous material...It is better to paint foundation rebars with red lead paint or epoxy paint to prevent or delay rust corrosion...Ang maling akala ng marami...pag nakabaoon ang bakal sa semento ay hindi kakalawangin...Lalo na kung malapit ka sa dagat...with chlorine salts from air...

      Most Philippines is wet. It is a tropical land.

      @@jeffegg2he said water table not Wet. Totally different things . Having the high water table can also affect compactions. Another concern if you’re not placing a good base down.

    They should have waited until after the rainy season to pour the foundation and columns.

      Thank you for your concern.
      Building a house really needs many things to consider, if i waited for summer its gonna be hard to find workers. in our province its hard to find a trustworthy workers, you have to wait on their availability and you cant let them wait, they will find a new job; another thing- the weather is unpredictable. It almost rain all year round. Before the water subside it will rain again.

      It’s just a mess, but chemically speaking concrete dries faster in water.

    Safety concern: Workers should be working barefooted. They need safety gear at work like steel toe boots, gloves, helmets etc. Those are basic safety standard need.

    Normal ba sa house na parang maliit during first floor foundation palang? Nagpapagawa ako pero tinugnan ko kanina parang anliit

      @chichiflores5119  Před 11 měsíci

      Hi! Sorry super late ko na po nakita itong comment nyo. Yes, normal na maliit tingnan pagfoundation palang. Kasi parang ang laki ng hukay sa foundation. Ganun yata talaga. Nasabi ko rin yan sa sarili ko nung sa foundation palang eh na parang ang liit.
