Finally a house with foundation in every corner
Salute to the cotractor na unahin ang poste bago ang hollow blocks.
Thanks po ingenioro tv.. I'm also one of your subscriber
Will it not compromise its integrity/strength?
Very nice time lapse glad you posted this
thank you for sharing your house... Godbless

Beautiful house. Looks very professionally done. Kudos to you and your wife as well as the architect and contractor. You must be pleased!
Also, I’m having trouble getting the local power company to supply 120v power for some outlets outlets in my house build in Pampanga. Did you have any 120v outlets installed in your house?

Good morning great video 📹 thanks again for your help with this video 😀 Patrick O'brien
Wow nakaka inspire naman makita ang ganito from day 1 to final touch, and salute sa nag construct po kahit ung pang scaffolding nila bakal.
That is alot of work. Seems slow, but from 1st week to 4th week. Alot of progress.
Those workers work very hard.
love the house
Amazing transformation. I followed The construction since day 1 😊👍😂

Thank you
Congrats po
Great time lapse vlog. Can only wish a project would proceed that fast ☺️ One of the top house builds I follow on CZcams.... leaned a lot. Thanks. 👏🏻👏🏻
Beautiful home. I miss the Philippines sometimes but haven’t been back since Mt Pinatubo went ballistic so I’m sure things are way different now. Congrats on the home.

Congrats
Watching from Singapore planning to retire in phil this year. What a lovely house.
Amazing, correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the first thing built the CR and living quarter's for the workers. And Ranger would sit on the second floor watching when the stairs went in. Miss you guys and the regular feeds.
Nice
beautiful house. its very nice to live in philippines unlike here abroad.
Congratulations!!! i have been watching this construction since part 1. I've learned so much and i am so excited to apply those useful knowledge and techniques in our future house.
Beautiful house. I did not see any seismic joints between beams and hollow block walls. Without it walls wil crack due to expansion and contraction. Also during earthquakes load will be transferred to weaker hollow block walls.
Thats right. Its common practice nowadays to provide joint between your structural elements (beam/slab/column) and masonry partitions to isolate them from each other incase of seismic events but still aside from that this is still one of the most ideal way construction. Most of the time they tend to leave out the sog (slab on grade) prior to concreting of 2nd flr slab. Here we can see that they use it to secure their shoring for the 2nd flr slab formworks
Sending my support to u, waiting mine too from you...God bless
Turned out to be a very beautiful home. CONGRATULATIONS!
placing the downspout in the column is very XXXXXXX✌🏼
Ang galing nmn nila 9minutes lng ginawa
Amazing talented workers! They made a lot of contribution than the engineers
Love the 🎶 🎵 🪕 🎼 💿 🎸 🎶
I like the design of that house.
same
Wow nice journey. That is my dream to build a house in the Philippines and join the workers building my own house in the future in the Philippines.
Next vlog. House tour with furniture. 😊
Ganda ng bahay nyo may kubo pa! Swimming pool na lang kulang! hoy!
Cant have specially when your having a baby
I am from Olympia Washington. If you build a house like that here, it would probably cost you around 700k... at least. Most likely more than that. Build it in Seattle...cost 1M dollars. It's a huge house. I like it! Congrats!!!
nice house i have plan build the house as well
Awesome sharing. We truly saw the ups and speed bumps you shared as you built your home. It would be great to hear the price break down if you both are willing to share. And what your budget looks like now that you are expecting the addition to your beautiful family. Thanks again. Take care and God bless.
I would love to see this as well.
This is a good excuse to keep on eye on workers as well. I guess I might have to do this too once I have the money to have my own house built wahahahahahahaa
Can't wait for the vlog about cost. We will be retiring soon too and would love to get some ideas .
same here. waiting
Me too I'm retiring there. I'm 73 year old and i want young filipinas.
@@Filo-Joe Are you being sarcastic? :). I can't tell.
@@Filo-Joe you can't take your money/wealth with you when you dead so enjoy!
Hehe maybe some lessons learned if we cant disclose the cost?
sana all nakapag pagawa ng bahay hehe
Very nice house design congrats. Those windows are double glazing & are the frames made of aluminum ? Thanks 😊
I think the edge of the roof over the front of the house is already outside of your property line. If someone from the City Engineers Office will notice that, it will be a problem..
My wife and I have a lot paid for and we intend on building a house in the PI once I retire in a couple of years. I would be more than happy to pay you for a set of plans for your home. I want one just like it! it is beautiful, well planned and just works. Please let me know either way.
wow
law of attraction sana maging successful nurse ako soon
House tour next!
OMG!!! What did I just watch!?!?!? Amazing! Congrats!
Awesome vlog, would you be able to recommend the contractor of your house?
Ung pipe sa loob ng column😱
This practice need to stop.
It is intentionally design brother wag engot ha.
@@gigilnapusa6871 toxic hays
ive been watching this house journey... may i ask hm total cost of construction and flr area if possible.. thanks
noice
Sana matibay, gumagawa din ako ng bahay. Sa sandaling video may nakita na akong 2 unusual way and maling way ng pag build nito.
I wished my house up as quick as yours. I’d be in by now lol 😂
It’s good when you look back from when you started and looked at the different stages.
Ever wished you did anything different?
