What is the ideal number of workers? I have 1 foreman, 3 skilled, 4 labors for 2-3 months bec we want it to finished ahead of time. And sad to know i found out that some of my workers dont work efficiently.

Welcome! 3-4M? Depende po kung ano ang magandang bahay sa inyo, high end po ba and gano kalaki? But for me kaya makapagawa ng 3-4M ng magandang bahay, pero hindi high end and hindi masyado malaki. I dont have architect, engineer lang. nakatipid ako dahil brother ko ang engineer. Siya gumawa ng plano pero ako nagbantay and bumili ng materials during construction. Kumuha kami ng foreman, 3 skilled, 3 labors, arawan ang bayad.
if I want to build a similar house, like a farm with a small villa, how much it will cost me, supposedly house should be 250 sqmtr and need a pool and a grill outside and need space land to have trees and other garden option?

Hi! Thank you 🙏 total of 250sqm including the 2nd floor and roof top. This year lang namin pinatapos yung second floor kaya di kasama sa video. Sa ground floor is 105 sqm ang floor area.

@@xunny410q i did not bought the land, my father gave it to us. During construction i was there, im the one who buy and order materials. I also consult my father and bro who is an engineer. Hard earned money should not be wasted.

Hi! Thank you! It took 8 months 95% fully furnished yung 1st floor. Ilang beses din ako nagpalit ng tao. Ongoing yung second floor.

Magkakaproblema po kayo jan sa flooring hindi niyo na binakalan hindi rin kayo naglagay ng moisture barrier.
Isa po yan sa mga inisip ko, i hope di naman maging problema sa future. Yung garahe lang ang pinabakalan ko. Ano po ba ang pros ng moisture barrier?
