I am not kidding ...This ol'darling would literally cut grass as good or better than the new stuff ...no cloggy grass channels to worry about ..a bit of raking perhaps though after...lovely old girl..
That's basically the first lawnmower my dad ever owned 40 years ago when I was first born & when he first bought his block of land & got a house built on it,he would've bought it second hand. I think it was an 18 series, well, about 10-15 years later,he had to replace the base which had a Briggs & Stratton motor on it. He adapted it to suit the Victa motor & even made up a custom fuel tank on it after the brazing or soldering job on the original tank failed.
What a nice little lawn mower. I like how that hose for the air cleaner goes up the handle so its way above any dust stirred up by mowing. Did you have those tires made because they have to be as scarce as hens teeth.
@@michaelfisher7835 to be honest im not really sure why it has to be so high, my guess is to keep it away from all the dust created from mowing to minimize filter cleaning
What a wonderful sound to be woken up with early morning on the weekends.
I know that shits better than birds singing in the spring
Enjoy!
when i was a boy i never thought id ever get excited over a lawn mower😀👍✌

Sounds awesome, I would love that

Wow man that looks great
Sweat and self propelled too. They don't build them like they used to.
looks like a unified cutting height adjustment not self propel drive..
nothing like the Australian made Icon
This is cool
Neighbors love that one lol
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
👍👍👍
what was intended to mount in that slot in the decks top right side ?
Is that about a 3 hp motor?
Sounds like a harley.
Or a popcorn machine
cool
now to take a weed eater motor or a hedge trimer or chainsaw and make my own
We're did you get it???
You still have it?
Seems kind of a stupid place to exhaust the mower. Right in the operators face.
thats the intake
@@PhoenixT1953 Really? So why in the world does it have to extend so high?

@@PhoenixT1953 Thats a reasonable answer.
