I also like Eliza Dushku, a great actress) She is especially super cool in the TV series "Buffy" (1997-2003) and "Angel" (1999-2004).
I recommend a movie called 30 days of night, a good one for Halloween. Also I was having a really bad today, I was down and I love watching your videos. Seeing that you uploaded a video today, it really helped my mood. Thank you🥺

Whats crazy is that the four of them didnt decide to just kill the dude in his sleep, especially after seeing their dead friend on the table. Why try to sneak out like children instead of using your strength and numbers?
Wouldn't have taken the plot line where we want to go, would be a very short movie. Plus most average civilized people just aren't wired to kill. Hard to just instantly get that Rambo mentality I guess.
@@ckobo84 I think you are right in that the plot did not call for it. If Anakin had just killed Palpatine in the fight against Windu, if Bilbo had killed Gollum,....and lastly, if Amity Island had closed the beach for the 4th of July when Jaws terrified the community, then the stories would not have been NEAR as interesting.

The original Wrong Turn scared the hell out of me. I watched it with one other person in the dark and it was disturbing. Like Texas Chainsaw Massacre disturbing.
UK here... when you said 'It's west Virginia, there's no tellin' what the f**k you'll find!" So I pulled up google maps and dropped the little man on a random road... and can confirm 😂
We broke down on the back roads of Georgia once, walked for an hour in unreal heat before we found a house. Place had a 3 legged dog chained to a transmission, and a porch toilet. Never regretted walking that extra 30 minutes to the next place.

Don't know if you seen it or not but there was a post credit scene with another kill. I enjoyed this reaction and hope to see more for this franchise from the channel.
To be fair even if you don't see the post credits scene, there's plenty of room for sequels. It's not like those were the ONLY inbred cannibal hillbillies in this movie, just the three that came out of the woods. Drogo was not having that tree stunt.

Automobile Enthusiast Fact: Chris's (Desmond Harrington) car was a 1967 Ford Mustang. Francine's (Lindy Booth) mom's car was a 1989 Land-Rover Range Rover Series I. Saw-Tooth (Garry Robins), One-Eye (Ted Clark), and Three-Fingers (Julian Richings) pickup truck is a 1948 Dodge B-Series.
Love Julian Richinngs' crazy ferret-like hillbilly almost as much as his portrayal of Death in Supernatural!! He's got a vibe to him!!

The idea for this taking place in Greenbrier County is the infamous Odet family. This movie is another reason their neighbors are really stand-offish with “tourists”
The Odet family is the name of the family in this movie. I think you mean another family. But I don’t want to say the name. But they mean well and their neighbors are protective of them.
Those "back roads" were better maintained than most paved roads. Never saw a back road that wide. When I was 12 there was a pretty big flood where I lived. After the waters receded I walked down a back road and found 3 9 inch catfish in a pothole . They were still alive with water in the hole. That's a real back road.
We have been heavily considering moving to West Virginia since the kids are grown now, but this movie is making me seriously reconsider. I'll stay in Texas. ❤❤❤

There are mountains in WV, including the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains.
That's what J was saying was missing the entire movie... like one or two hills were shown, but no huge mountains with roads barely hanging on the edges lol... that's the real WV!!
This movie freaked me the eF out as a kid. I saw it on some cable station. It doesn’t really hold up but it still holds a place as super scary to me.

Early to mid 2000s horror films were a huge part of the lives of many youngins, myself included.
This kind of mindless, gory fun was what I lived for, and I wish I could go back to re-live watching them for the first tine 😭

Living in the mountains there is a few rules. You get familiar with all the sounds. When you hear something you dont recognize, no you didnt. Keep going like nothing happened. If you hear the sound of a woman scream or baby cry, no you didnt. Go back to where you came from (house, car, etc). Lastly, be indoors once the sun goes down.
This and the second one is such a fun ride of horror films, any chance we see the hills have eyes 2006 ?

Yup... ive been in WV for most of 37 years and you have to weigh how many trees vs how much asphalt = person safety.
When my dog acts up I send him to his bed and he does the same thing! He'll try to creep out little by little, like I don't notice, and then try to act like ain't nothing happened. I just look at him and say "Bed", he'll droop his ears, give me a couple of double takes, crawl back in bed and get comfortable because he knows I mean business. He really is just like a child.

This is just a really enjoyable horror movie. The way they set up the vibe and atmosphere of the setting on the one hand can be really easy, but also so easy to overdo. But they nailed it.

Nobody I've ever met that wasn't a tweeker or criminal themselves, would do any of the stupid sh these absolute IDIOTS have done in this movie. First of all, they broke into someone's house! Even if there weren't CLEAR SIGNS literally EVERYWHERE that said "you will 100% die in here", they BROKE. INTO. THEIR. HOUSE. It's like they all woke up and decided today was a perfect day to die.

This is my absolute favorite "B horror" series! The first one is fantastic and the just keep getting "campier and campier". I HIGHLY recommend watching the whole series! The second one "Dead End" is great as well!

I am SO glad I never went and did my full bike test because me and a bunch of friends wanted to do a cross country bike trip from one side of the US to the other and one of them wanted to take the back roads "to see the scenery" and I just know I'd end up in a place like this. My stupid ass was for it too.
West Virginia is a beautiful place but if you go into old back roads and donkey trails don’t be surprised of what you find - J
I dont care if someone spent their whole life in the city. There should be some fundamental part of you that knows better than to see a murder shack and think it's safe. Like, I've never seen a guillotine in person before, but if I saw a head-sized hole with a giant heavy blade suspended above it, I wouldn't think "yeah this looks safe" and stick my head in the chop-hole.
