- Take a ride on all big water slides at Waterworld Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom! The park is located about halfway between Manchester and Birmingham and belongs to the country's largest indoor water parks. Their latest extention, Tornado Alley, was opened in 2019 and includes four different water slides made by Polin Waterparks. The new tower structure features the UK's first trapdoor water slide, two classic flume rides as well as a Combo slide. The older part of the park, which is situated inside a dark hall, is home to several classic water rides, including the Nucleus uphill blaster slide as well as the Space Bowl slide.

Holy shit. This place has been revamped over lockdown it never used to be THIS good but its always been top 5 im hyped for summer now this os the best in the uk

I went there on my birthday (30/07/23) it was outstanding! The only piece of advice I would give you is to arrive at 10am (the earliest session) as throughout the day, it gets so overcrowded. A ticket is ÂŁ23 each and that's a whole day pass! I highly recommend it! đ

Some of those slides can use a nice little scrubbing. The old black residue around the tops and sides is a tad nasty.

Ufo/big I don't know (ball or something) type slides are always my favourite
@@nandor613 bowl or funnel (or something else)? bowl is where you go round and round until you fall down the centre, funnel can only be ridden in a raft/tube/something that you ride as it's bigger than a bowl normally and goes left to right before exiting instead
The nucleus, space bowl, python, super flume, and racing water slides were best slides in waterworld.
Twister hurricane and Thunderbolt are best!

Finally btw Iâve actually Been here they have the first trapdoor waterslide in England itâs cool for people who live in England
Certainly added to the thrills with those new slides. Plus they now have a indoor mini golf putting course.

Which one has the better water coaster, Water World or the nearby Splash Landing at Alton Towers?
Water world is better. The best one is the one at Sandcastle Blackpool, the drop at the end is mega, Air time đ

If anyone can give an honest opinion, went here about 7 years ago when I was 16 on a school trip, was a bit more tame than this, looking to go with my GF but we're just a bit worried it might be too kiddish? What would you guys say is it more suitable for adults (well early 20s) with the new rides? Is it worth the day trip out and ÂŁ40 for it? Definitely looks better than when I first went and I enjoyed it then allbeit as a teenager, what do yous think?

I also went when I was 16. I'm 17 now and want to go back someday. It's suitable for all ages, the slides are insane, you should definitely go there. The only issue is that the newer slides had cold water, but I'm sure they've solved that by now.

Thunderbolt was too busy. If your going in summer expect BIG queues. Hurricane is normally quiet though

Today I heard that a lot of people had to be evacuated from the park I think thatâs itâs dangerous now and it might shut down I really hope it doesnât because otherwise I will never smile again

Great place & a credit to the City of Stoke. That said, the local newspaper (The Sentinel) seem to be constantly waging a bizzare war on the place (and the owner) & have done for years. Not sure why, some strange agenda going on....

@@saleem-shady I was lucky. It was not as crowded. I liked the blue rides and the red rides. I didnt like the big green ride because it hurt my back. We stayed there an extra 2 hours. I wanted to go on the double ring with my brother but they wouldn't let me. They said it was an adult and children only.
