    I laughed out loud when that one yolk was just dangling from the bowl. I won't say what it looked like, but, judging by the smile on her face, I'd say this chef is having a ball.

    At first I doubted whether she really knew what she was doing (esp when the icing sugar blew up in her face), but then I noticed SHE ISN'T MEASURING WHILE MAKING PASTRY. That's an experienced chef.

      +vaginitischlamydia regardless of how experienced you are..pastry is a frikkin science. cant really guestimate recipes like you could if your a regular line chef you know :)

      Yes.. in that video she was so unhappy and everything went wrong for her. Even with all that she did a imposible callebaut that I will never be able to do even in my dreams haha

    I love making Opera Cake. It was one of my favourite desserts to make when I was working at the bake shop at my school.

    Marvelous video, thanks for sharing! Seeing her applying all that syrup I was afraid the cake will be soggy but it came out perfect.

    I don’t know if it’s her tone of voice that makes sound like she’s on drugs or the editing but this video makes me feel like I’m drunk on a dancing ship... no cohesion whatsoever and miraculously we have an opera in the end.

    Im lost with the sequencing of the layers. Harpal starts with ganache, then buttercream .There's only one sponge left and you've got to get 3 coverings: ganache, buttercream and another layer of chocolate on it. Wouldn't it have been better if the buttercream was the first layer ?

      theres actually 4 sponge layers on the final cake. its sponge, ganache, sponge, buttercream, repeat, glaze
