Bitter taste of coffee and noble beatitude.
It is believed to have originated from Darroyo and has been arranged in various ways.
I look forward to seeing you in 2021.

My favorite thing about all his videos is the lack of noise. Just the sounds of baking and cacao powder lol.
Yes, the volume gets turned down when the hand mixer is being used. I love that, too. Too bad actual hand mixers can't be that quiet.
Hmm I think you might like asmr then. Just sounds.
@@random_youtuber8095 What is asmr?
@@nadinemclean1671 a lot like this video. No music but just sounds, like this one. People say you get a “tingly feeling” from it, but it depends on the person. I’ll give you a link example if ya want, or just search up “ASMR”
He makes sure there is no other noise but the one delicately made while preparing.
I appreciate you adjusting the volume when you turn on the mixer, a lot of youtubers just don't bother with that one and it's so loud
Yes finally some one speak out
I literally went to turn down the volume as soon as he pulled the mixer out only for it to be quieter already 👏😌
We can buy these from our local French partisserie in our small country town called Creswick in Australia. I will appreciate them even more now that I know how much work goes into them.
This guy just casually makes a 3 michelin star dessert at home when he's bored
🤣. .he’s got talent to spare!
This could hardly pull off one Michelin star, let alone 3.
Doesnt Michelin make tires? Who cares what they think about food?
@@applchu they are in fact a tyre company, it’s true, but they have a long history of recommending wealthy travellers on the best possible restaurants in there journey, leading to the creation of perhaps the most prestigious food award in the world.
@@boarbot7829 oh I see now shut up
This looks like something that would be sold at a high end restaurant where one piece is like $60.
Definitely is
There is a French bakery near my house that sells them. $12 a slice. Its worth every cent.
You can find it in French bakery for around 3-5 euros.
Been to many high end restaurants and never has one tried to sell me a slice of cake for 60 dollars

The DEFINITION of decadence.
I cried a little for every bit of "wasted" ingredients, but I was still drooling the entire time.
that whisk being quiet is the greatest thing to ever occur
The main reason most people make a racket when using a whisk is due to letting it bang and scrap the bottom and sides of the bowl. This guy is just that good that he doesn’t let it happen that much
@@Nick-B78 He turned down the volume for loud parts, like the part with the electric mixer.
The amount of work that goes into these things..My GOD!!

My first memory of this cake is from Yume-iro Patissiere, when one of the mc's had to impress his older sister in order to get permission to go to Paris. This cake looked amazing in the show and tasted amazing when I finally had it. Good job!
That was also my first introduction to the cake!! I got to try it from a patisserie in Paris and it was so worth it!!
I also watched Yumeiro Patisserie! It introduced me to a lot of new desserts. Plus, that Opera Cake episode with Kashino was one of my personal favourites. Glad to see another fan here. ❤️

these look so fancy, like something i'd get at the ball or an expensive hotel
The reunion tower in Dallas?
You picked the right words!
Or maybe at the Opera :-D
Yes, they do.
It is the fanciest of (traditional) layer cakes. The brown tones with the gold leaf, the clean precise lines, the simple geometry, so very *very* posh.🌞
If not making them yourself, you probably need to pay someone to cook it for you.
And it will get mighty expensive, because you need to pay for the time it takes to make it.
This is not your traditional strawberry shortcake either so it's not gonna take forty minutes to make.
I remember making this with my sister for our parents' birthday...took us ages to make and also ages to finish because it was soooooo rich 🤣 but so darn good too
Curious. parents plural or gender neutral? I couldn't imagine sharing a birthday with my significant other. That'd be so cool
@@alexcunn77 or they have the party together like my parents years ago. Their b-days was 6 days apart but they celebrated together 😄

The cake looks so good. But those sounds when making it. Reminds me of taking a wet hand and dragging it over the plastic your grandma would have on her furniture.
Aside from the extremely great skill and the delicious cake, the ASMR is making me relaxed-- perhaps too relax I didn't realize the video is over

That cacao sprinkle gets me every time! Brilliant work my friend! This looks incredible!
one of the most wholesome channels I have ever come across. Phenomenal.
I used to work in a small french bakery/cafe and ate one opera cake almost every day I worked their. It was heavenly.
In all my days, I don't think I could ever make anything half as beautiful as some of the things I've seen this man make! Your desserts are pure art! 🤩
I’m sure you could if you wanted to learn. This is technique, not art.
@@bhz8947 - "Technique, not art"? Would you say that the production of a painting is "technique, not art"? It's both. It's the use of technique to produce something artistic :l
This was like watching a sculptor create a beautiful piece of art 🤩
I had this many decades ago. The taste is phenomenal.
Merry Cacaomas!

Morí.. Es tan relajante u satisfactorio verte hacer postres de chocolate! Felicidades eres un Dios de los dulces.. Y feliz navidad para todos!:
I've been watching these videos for 6 hours now. I can't stop
Made some for my mom birthday
I had no rectangular mold, so i had to improvise
I couldn't get the cake part to be fluffy, egg just kept coming down for whatever reason, was still good to use
The butter cream wouldn't "cream" so i had to add more butter, after that everything was good
The ganache is basic, taste good, easy to make, but made a mess since i had no mold
The glassage was pretty bad on my side (my fault), didn't rewatch before making the cake so i filtered it after cooling it, half my glassage already turned into jelly, which made it harder to spread and the coating was not smooth (but tbh i wouldn't have been able to have a nice coating since my cake was not flat, so it was better that way)
I of course cut it not straight
Every one liked it, i loved it, the texture was nice, taste amazing, now that i know how to make it i'll just by a mold and i'll make some often, it's a 10/10
You can carefully reheat the glassage to make it liquid again. Dont use the stovetop, dont use a microwave, do it over a hot waterbath and youl be good :)
