Our old Kurig coffee maker quit after about 10 years. This new one has several upgrades like not being “on” 24 hrs a day. I like that it turns off after an hour no or so. Works great.
i never opened mine yet. i can see a small spring in a opening in the back of the machine behind the water container. the instruction says this is a 'cleaning devise' ...
My power button after turned on goes red flashes green for 2mins and turns off. If I press power button flashes red 40seconds... Flashes green.....turns off 🤷🏽♀️ by 4th attempt only a solid green button. Be quicker to walk to Costa...
i had the same problem, i just pulled it and it came off. It was taped on to the side of the machine that was why i struggled. I reckon you have already solved it by now,,,
@@Jerseywonder56 i did :D i had to pull on it with all my might. i just needed to find out which direction to pull. thank you for the answer tho :) (for anyone with same issue. just pull horisontaly away(back not up), and make sure to have a good grasp on the tiny handle thing. it's a slippery bugger.)
@@emmateigland5921 just pull horizontaly away(towards back, not up), and make sure to have a good grasp on the tiny handle thing. it's a slippery bugger. there is nothing that can break there so pull without worries. i used a cloth to wipe the handle dry first.
