People often react because of their OWN demons and personal reasons. You just don’t have to react to that...
Don’t let someone else’s problem or rage towards you, ruin ur day/week or even life.

Sometime getting angry is good too because it is part of Human emotion. However, when angry just do not sin or do not do any bad things or do not say anything and then getting rid of it. Thus sadguru is not all right when he says you must not get angry. That is rubbish thinking. you will get angry because it is a human thing but when angry do not do anything wrong or say anything wrong and then get rid of it after ward. Sometime it is very important to be angry because it is needed. Someone break into your house attack your wife and abuse your kids or even kidnape your kid that is the time to be very angry and do something about the person. If you just stand there and do not get angry and do not do nothing then who is an idiot? Thus sadguru is not right he is only half right. Sometime we have to get angry at ourselves to stop oursleves from doing bad things. Thus anger is an asset not a problem if used the right way and that is the reason it is there.

Sometimes they say time heals and sometime it makes it even worse. @@nehapatel8754 Hey Neha, a lot's changed since then. What I can tell you is that anger is an emotion, and it's felt everyday, if you're not in ideal circumstances. If something is stirring within you, there's an external cue that needs to be acknowledged. It's most likely a person, or a thing that needs doing. Be still, and trust your feelings, don't use the mind. The answer will come if you let it, but you must be still, and you must be comfortable being still, no matter how long it takes, until the way is clear. Patience is the key, and if you live this way, your path will become clear. If you live this way, anger won't be an outcome anymore, only a cue to be acknowledged. Be free, for your soul is infinite, and trust in your words, for your words are gold, unless they bring you pain, then better not speak at all. Keep trying, you will find your way. Namaste. ❤️

Think back to childhood, this is where the roots to anger are. If a child is not able to express feelings of anger, rage, or unhappiness, the emotions get bottled up inside, unable to see the light of day. Later in life, these bottled up emotions are very difficult to unwind. Behavior patterns develop, relationships dissolve. It takes time to see the patterns, but it can be done...it helps to have a partner who can assist in the Unraveling. Instead of flying into a rage of confusion, take long, slow deep breaths to get some emotional distance from yourself. Then calm down until you can pull apart the conflicting feelings. Roll them around in your hands, and look carefully at how they overtook those previous moments. PEACE.

@@grandmaster-grouch lifes answers and clarity comes naturally to the calm and peaceful mind. Just like it is only possible to see reflection in the water when it is still and not when it is vibrating. And if you have love and compassion it would be difficult to get swayed by the negative and false perceptions of this world that are the traps. Love and compassion for things comes with forgiveness which comes with an understanding of oneself and the past. So this can't happen unless one can let go of grudges and prejudices.

All emotions that rise to the surface need to be observed, once they are observed and you understand the reason they rose to the surface then you can understand the deeper meaning as to why you felt the way you felt. Whenever you react to an emotion especially the negative emotions like anger, jealousy, envy, fear etc. then you lose the opportunity to understand the deeper message of being able to understand yourself. You can always go back and reflect on the reaction at a later time so you can develop the skill to respond instead of react but to control your emotions in real time takes a lot of restraint and understanding of your true self.

When witnessing anger, don't judge yourself while witnessing it - just observe it only - don't allow your inner or programmed voice to abuse you for feeling it - just see it, because once you see it/ are aware of anger, it can no longer be, as anger can't exist when you're aware of it. *Anger is abscence of awareness.* Be aware, don't live from your mind, live in being aware.

Anytime I have isolated the thoughts which have created my anger, the same structure occurs falls into two categories (It is bad that someone did something/bad that something happened) and (Someone should have/shouldn't have done something). Once isolated, I then go through the process of disbelieving the particular thought. The 5 steps programme by Noah Elkrief has been a great help with this and I highly recommend his teachings to anyone.

for so many years I have accumulated a lot of hurt, anger, and worries that I have kept bottled up. I thought unleashing my anger would make me feel better about situations, but in return I find myself being equally as hurtful, or if not more. I'm not someone that gets pleasure out of hurting other's, I tried fooling myself into thinking I should be mean right back , but it's creates conflict with who I am and want to be as a person. I want to uplift people and be a refuge for them and not the storm they have to run from. I just want people to have mutual respect and understanding and I know most will never give me that and I have to learn how to be peaceful and let things go instead of acting out in rage, which makes me look like a lunatic that's blowing things out of proportion.
