Michael didnt die, he in fact lost his memory but the he got it back and he and jane checked to see if they liked each other like they did before he "died" but jane still loves raf so she let him go. Michael ends up fiance to this girl, theyre also going to have a baby!! (Btw he met her when he didnt remember his life with jane and they were kind of enemies bc of complicated stuff).

So what's pissing off is I actually started watching this for the first time today and on 7th episode season 1. The thumbnail pops in my CZcams feed (why? Not the hell sure) and now that the thumbnail shows who marries who, ok I'm sorta pissed off. No I've never search jane the virgin in my entire life on CZcams and for the feed to pop it up the minute I start watching it telling me how it ends is so damn frustrating as my heart was set out for her original boyfriend. This spoiler truly sucked.... I mean don't put damn thumbnails that friggin already spoil it for others. Wth??

Ikr. I think CZcams knows what you're watching so they suggest stuff clips/scenes from the show. It's so annoying cause you always end up getting spoilers and then the whole experience gets ruined. Even though that’s the end you have no idea what’s going to happen at the end of season 2 and every episode has at least one moment when everything is messed up. But it all gets better but in the last season you won’t even know who you support for Jane. So enjoy and no spoilers for ya
I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family......really a most memorable movie series that I will want to watch for many years to come.
I gotta say, I ship the old Michael and Jane together, and years after Michael’s fake death due to his memory loss, Jane and Rafael’s relationship grew and despite the difficulties, their relationship became stronger and therefore, I ship Jane and Rafael for the ending
Jane will always love Michael for what they had, but now she’s IN love with Rafael, and I can see why even though Michael came back, they didn’t end up together.
Even though his memories has Michael came back, he was also still Jason, a person that Jane could not fall for.

PSA: RAFAEL WAS NOT A SECOND CHOICE. People fall in love and out love all the time. At some point Michael was Jane's love. Just because he died... that takes nothing away from what they once had. Rafael and Jane didn't jump on eachother after Michael died. They didn't even fall in love cause Michael was gone... they fell in love cause they had chemistry and they cared for one another. Jane and Rafael were with numerous other people after Michael passed on so it wasn't like Jane just went "Oh well my husband died but you're still here." It just happened LITERALLY FOUR YEARS after the fact so don't y'all be calling Raf a second choice

It took his death and a completely different incompatible personality to do them apart. If it wasn't for Sin Rostro, she would have grown old with Michael as she wanted to be... so yeah no matter what Raf will always be the second choice.
But the 2nd choices are actually more loved than the 1st ones. No one leaves the first one if everything is perfect and not missing something. Michael was a safe choice for Jane when she married him. Jane is an indecisive person and a coward actually that she always needs encouragement from other people and needs to think about her choice many times and is always confused, so she would really choose someone safe like Michael.

Gotta be honest, Michael and Jane's relationship was magical. I was so happy about them getting married and so heartbroken when Michael died, they were endgame for me. I literally cried so much!! But then Jane and Rafael started to grow together and even after Michael's return, I couldn't haven fallen more in love with what Jane and Rafael already had. Aka the "bestest" couple in the world!! I loved watching this telenovela, so grateful for each episode and what each made me feel, the ending was speechless!!

Rose was disguised and with a new face (as always); when Michael went to grab his coffee he bumped into her and she dropped her phone. Both of them reached the phone at the same time and while giving Rose back her phone Michael looked at her (like a normal person would). The truth is, Rose's mask had come off a little bit when Michael bumped into her and when Michael stared at her (while giving her phone back) she thought he noticed it. Rose couldn't risk that kind of a mistake so she faked Michael's death, "cleared" his memory and after that she sent him to another country. He came back and got his memory back too, but he was a totally different person
I hated that Michael came back just to give him that ugly ending, I would have preferred that their perfect story end with his death or Michael and Jane end up together as a couple, I loved Michael and Jane chemestry.
I hate Rosa for what she did to Michael, she erased his memory and separated him from Jane

I really hated how Michael did not even want the baby and he never stopped trying to hurt Rafael and never gave Jane a choice. While Rafael became her best friend and he let her later be happy. Which is why even Jane said how selfless he was... I mean he even gave up the hotel of his dreams for her!
Everyone's talking about how Michael/Rafael deserved to be with Jane. But no ones going to talk about Jane? She ended a 2 year serious relationship and an engagement to a guy who she just met and who said words like "its meant to be". Also after Mateo was born, she kept playing with Rafael and Michael's feelings and told them that she loved them both. Jane is just thinking about herself the whole time.

Rose made Michael lose his memory and he was living a completely different life for those 4 (?) years in a countryside. Long story short, Raf finds out Michael is alive, allows Michael to meet Jane , Michael gets his memory back, Jane gets confused about her feelings for Michael, has a break with Raf, goes away with Michael on a trip to his hometown - realizes her feelings for Michael are not love & Raf is who she truly loves & thus wants to be with ending the love triangle.

I agree. Well, Michael dies. He got shot and we did think he would've survive but he didn't. Jane suffer a lot for many many years ( people really got mad with Michael's death and stopped watching the show ), Jane and Rafael started to fall in love all over again when suddenly Michael reapers, he wasn't dead , he had lost his memory and he did not remember jane. Some time later he remembers everything but he is not who he used to be anymore, he actually sucks, he is not the lovely boy he used to be, jane gets really confused if she still loves michael or if she wants to be with Rafael, she decides to be with Rafael and michael is off the show again. Basically that's what happend and they just did it so people would stop loving Michael and accept jane and raf as a couple but honestly in my opinion it was the worst thing they could've possibly have done, they disrupted the memory of Michael.

When Michael “dies” I was so heartbroken I stopped watching the series for multiple months. But then I accepted that he was gone so before the big reveal in the season 4 series finale I was so happy that they were getting engaged, but when Michael appeared I got my hopes up again. So atm I’m very upset and sad about the ending..

Mimoza R so he got shot by rose and he recovered but he had a heart attack later and was dead for 4 years but then they discovered that he wasn’t dead but his memory was wiped and he went by Jason in the country side he had no clue who Jane was and he had like a country accent but then some dust fell on his head reminding him of the snow when Jane and him first kissed and he got his memory’s back but he was still a different person so Jane and him didn’t work out and then Jane and Rafael became a thing

This was my quarantine binge watch. And I loved every single second of the thing. Thank you, everyone on that cast. The greatest series I have ever watched. Twists, turns, good conquering evil, and finally, THE END.

I started the show when I moved to a new place starting a new life alone with no family or friends, so it basically kept me company and comforted me during those times... Today I watched the two last episodes... And I just cried. A LOT.
It was just a perfect show with a lot of emotions, a very well thought storyline, very well-written (and RELATABLE) characters, a lot of life lessons, crazy plot twists, crazy humour and great actors !! It hurts to end a show that means so much to you 😭😭😭
EDIT : Also this is one of the best wedding scenes i've ever seen... The sincerity, the tears, the love, omggg !!!!!
The emotion in this final scene is palpable, one that I cherish and will as one of the most loved shows ever. Thank you all for this wonderful gift,

I love the ending and the whole concept of the story. The love triangles, drama and ending up with the baby father in the end❤️ But sadly they made Michael too perfect for Jane I feel. I’ll always think of Michael and Jane as endgame. Even though he came back (but not 100% like the old Michael) and Jane chose Rafael over him. I can see why that was important, so Rafael wouldn’t be her second choice. But I love Michaels character too much with Jane. Michael was perfect for Jane (and so became Rafael in the end) and because Rafael hurt her so much and couldn’t give her what Michael could, I couldn’t do anything but root for Michael and Jane. And I simply can’t change that, even if Rafael changed and became perfect for Jane.
I think I would have appreciated and loved the story even more if there wasn’t a Team Michael or Rafael, or maybe If I didn’t feel as strongly for Michael and Janes relationship. But maybe that’s also the beauty of it, we can have discussions but still accept the beautiful ending.

i can’t believe they did this to us... first they made her leave Michael, then they finally were in a good place and really happy, but they had to kill him. then after we “got over it”, they brought him back, gave us hope and then they did THIS. One of my favorite shows, and would be the #1 if they weren’t so HEARTLESS.
I love this show sooo much and for some reason the theme song Una Flor makes me very emotional since the very first episode when I was bored and starters watching this show only because there was nothing left to do but when the son Una for started playing I was like this is so beautiful...

This is the most sincere show ever. It warms my heart in different aspects. It shows the importance of a tight family who supports each other no matter what, it shows to run after your dreams despite the obsticles, it shows every down has an up. I still watch it after years because it gives me a positive energy.

Jane the virgin was such a beautiful .. funny but also sad series. I was very sad when it came to an end .. Especially Jane and Michael's story was so wonderful. I cried like that when they both went their own way in the end. I was also very happy for Jane and Rafael .. at some point they got together and are happy. I can't describe how beautiful the whole story was💝
