      Animal video captions have been wrong sometimes I’ve seen before. However the caption is actually too light, 25kg bar, 8x 25kg plates, 2x 10kg plates, 2x 2.5kg collars. 551lbs

      It's all relative. What Rip is saying in the video is if you have a program that instructs you to do 5 reps on a given lift and you stop at 4, not even attempting to try 5, then "you sir are a pussy."
