Morgan Zeringue graduated from the University of Houston in 2011 with a MSW and a passion for program implementation. In 2015, she began working in the Employment Services Department of The Joan and Stanford Alexander Jewish Family Service, focusing on program implementation, studying service gaps, and increasing service delivery. After a series of floods, hurricanes, and other local emergencies, Morgan was tasked to quickly build a large case management team to address evolving client needs. Morgan created a premier disaster services team, finding ways to maximize staff productivity, centralize client processes, and promote professional delivery of service with a layer of compassion. Morgan presents throughout the city of Houston on best practices in building case management teams. She serves on the executive committees for the local VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) and the HCLTRC (Harris County Long-Term Recovery Committee).
