💖50 Min Pilates resistance band workout for the whole body, complete full body sculpting🤸🏻♀️ at home workout
💖This is a complete full body workout focusing on the core. This class has a bit of everything...core, arms, legs, back and butt. You will finish feeling stronger and more flexible.
💖The resistance band will always make the exercises more difficult so feel free to just use your body weight. The band will add variety to your typical Pilates class and encourage muscle activation and elongation. Take your time throughout the exercises and focus on your form.

wow!!!!this is tough but you can really breathe your way through it and the feeling I get after is amazing. I get a little better every time I do it and you can really feel it. Love the stretching during and after workout. Bring a towel, you may need!!!!
Amazing! Great to hear! Yes the body adapts quite quickly. If you stay consistent the body will gain strength and new energy every single workout. The breath is very important to facilitate the energy. Enjoy and stay happy!
