Woweee, I've never heard of this sandwich before and now I must have it. Sausage, chirizo, ribeye and ham? What's not to love and oh myyyyyyyyy with all that Havarti cheese surrounding it, one of my faves. Gravy looks awesome, I like the idea of adding beer instead of wine. I feel like cooking with wine should be reserved for a fancier dinner 🤣🤣. I think the runny egg would definitely be awesome in this sloppy, messy deliciousness. I'm imagining the fries being amazing after soaking up the gravy...YUM! It's call chili flakes 🤣🤣
