I grew up a couple hours east of Pittsburgh and have been there a handful of times. It's a city that feels bigger than it looks when you're there.
I love this town. Grew up here, moved a few times to other cities because of a girlfriend (what else were you expecting?) and work (oh yeah, that's what you were expecting ). Miami Fla, Casa Grande and Phoenix Az.
Hands down Pittsburgh kills it.

Grew up in Bethel Park for 20 years, then moved to Gibsonia for 26 years to raise my family - now lie in NC among lots of relocated Pittsburghers fleeing the snow! Miss Pittsburgh except for the gray skies, snow and high taxes and potholes!
For a city of 300 thousand it has a better downtown/skyline than most cities. Phoenix is 1.7 million and Pittsburghs downtown and buildings dwarf Phoenix. Same as San diego
Tallest building in San Diego and Phoenix is 500 feet. Pittsburgh has 4 over that!

Grew up in The Burgh in the 50’s . Lived in Atlanta now in Florida for the past 20 years . Go back to Pittsburgh every fall to see the Steelers and Pens and ride the double decker buses ride the incline . We love it. I find out little tidbits oh History of Pittsburgh each time we go back.

Grew up in PGH. in the 60's and 70's. It's come along way since then! However, Living in KY. for the past 40 some years. I could not survive the winters, and deal with the traffic at 62! Great video! Makes PGH. look beautiful!!!!!

The biggest challenge must have been timing your footage for 1 of the 7 days a year there's blue sky there.
I live there and was thinking the same lol! I fly my drone all the time and rarely get skies like this.
As a pittsburgher this no longer seems to be true.. global warming? Anyway it's sunny here almost every day this summer
@@nickladieu2356 Yes Nick. "This summer" undoes 200 years of meteorology records, definitely is due to global warming, and Pittsburgh is forecast to be like San Diego from now on with regards to sunshine. Please go away and obtain a 5th grader's science education before you speak again.

Man, how can I make my drone footage look this clear and colorful? My color grading apps don't come close! It must be the camera on your drone! Are you using the Inspire or Phantom 4 type drones?

Pittsburgh has always been a very nice city. Back in the 1970's the city was a little wilder. To see Pittsburgh in its prime you would need to be teletransported back to Liberty Avenue in the summer of 1979.
The waters in the 3 rivers are so brown. It was like green blue in the 1980s 1990s. Damn!
