Very powerful, practical solution to heal our emotional scars, keep the slate clean so that we send out the vibrations of love and peace out into the world around us. Glad to see so many positive comments. Some have also expressed doubts whether this would be effective. The word "Shraddha" does not mean blind belief but faith that the teachings of our Saints and Mahatmas that have been passed on over generations are for our good alone. So, to the doubters, please have Shraddha and try out this technique. At worst, it can do no harm. At best, it can be life changing as I am realizing. Mere repetition of the lines suggested by Sister Shivani is not enough. One must have deep understanding of the Law of Karma. What we are experiencing in the present is a result of our past actions. If someone behaves badly with us, in spite of our good actions, then we must have done something wrong to them in the past. If we are hurt by someone, we send signals of negativity towards them and get caught in a vicious cycle of negativity. We must deeply realize the need to clear the negative karmic account with everyone in order to secure a future of peace for ourselves. Some people used to say criticise me and yeah as a human i would feel upset,angry and low for an hour or so but later i don't know there is some power or idk deep connection with my soul which pulls me towards it and my intuition says to me it makes me feel that no matter how bad PPL takes about me,i know my heart more than anyone else, and this critisism doesn't effect me with the same level of intensity like in the beginning it did. I never understood whether it's my inner soul speaking or what ... Id understand really...but it happened many a times... I would feel low but the intensity gradually descreses even though the critisism are too powerful.. my inner self sometimes guides me and it really helps me to calm and control my own mind.... BK Shivani ma'am really purifies our mind... I loved watching her.. i mean the aura of her is completely different.... 💕
