The numbers for this show make a pretty clear statement: The success of this show is dependent upon Dave's hosting it.
As long as the channel has been around most videos didn't even break 1000 views. As soon as Dave started hosting 5 months ago every video has gotten at least 2000.
It's obvious why. Dave's the only one at Ramsey currently leading a business. Finding a host for this show as fit for the job as Dave is next to impossible.

To be fair, I had no idea this existed until a month ago and I've been a Dave Ramsey fan for a couple of years. CZcams never thought to suggest this to me.
Dave has been hosting this show a hell of a lot longer than five months

@@motoryzen Dave has of course been hosting his own show for years but he took over hosting Entreleadership ten months ago, five months prior to my comment.
Your Team has a lighting issue making it look like you have half dollar size dent in your head when they pan to your left. just a heads up
That might actually be a real dent in Dave's head, from being in the trenches.
Those margins for peanuts are way too low, not sure you will ever make profit with that margin.
Dave was not getting past that divorce 😂😂😂.... oooooh you got a big settlement in the divorce???
