    Just what I needed!! I was craving a lower body workout and couldn’t use weights due to back pain. This was PERFECT! Got my sweat on and a great burn 🔥🔥🔥

      Hi! We move rather quickly with some of these movements, so we would not recommend adding dumbbells to this particular workout. Check out some of our other lower body strength training classes here on CZcams!
