Actually my toyota prius '09. i bought it used and in mint condition. $15,390 it was. has all the upgraded packages also. don't worry, i looked into all of that also. i found that a year ago, when i bought it, that this car that i got was the sweet spot. 64,000 miles on it. gas mileage is really great. maintenance is really low, it really is saving me money.
@dimepag In California diesel gas costs more than petrol, might be the same for other states but I'm not sure. The cost difference makes hybrids more affordable, especially a Prius that gets 50+ MPG.

I'm not trying to nitpick, but at 3:38, doesn't the Camry Hybrid give a mpg of 38 highway/40 city, not 38 city/40 highway? And also, I might be wrong about this, but did he actually say Prius instead of Camry at 4:11?

i have the new 2012 Camry SE and the ride feels really good compare to pass cars and i dont know why people complain about the car being boring whats boring about it... its safe its sexy it save alot of money best resale value .. i take this over boring any day!
The thing that pissed me off about Toyota's website..... When you build the Hybrid Camry, the keyless entry and pushbutton start is standard on the LE trim, and an option for the XLE... Way to go Toyota, another $800 shaft... Geez, fix it pretty please?!

I'll take a look at one of these in person, but looks alone from the pictures I've seen, this looks like a very boring car. Especially when compared to what competitors are selling.
If you are TRULY trying to save money, hybrids don't make sense. You can buy base model cars from all carmakers that are only 14, 15, or 16 thousand in cost, and yet still get 40mpg on the highway. No hybrid's fuel economy would make-up their ~10,000 dollar premium .
I don't understand why Toyota doesn't doscontinue the Prius. I mean the Camry does all the same stuff as it with the exception of not looking super ugly!

Great review. It's too bad the camry lost some of it's "Sporty" look and now resembles a Chevy Cruze. Too boring, flat everything, and that app sounds ridiculous.

This generation 2012-2014 feels cheap. I know Toyota reduced the weight but materials in this aren't the greatest. I'm about to trade my 2014 in for a newer Camry
The 2013 Fusion Hybrid gets 47MPG city versus Camry Hybrid's 43MPG city ! And the fusion hybrid gets 44MPG highway, the Camry hybrid can't do that either.

Some people are reporting significantly lower MPG for the Fusion Hybrid, but that is also HIGHLY dependent on your driving style.
