😢Ephesians 6:10-18 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. The bible is no old book. You have to really let Christ open your eyes; to see the world in shambles. Many people say it's a religion to lock up people in chains, and say it's a rule book.. why? Because people hate hearing the truth, it hurts their flesh, it's hurts their pride, it's exposes on what things have they done..people love this world so much, s*x, money, power, women, supercars.. things of this world. Still trying to find something that can fill that emptiness in your heart. You can't find that in this world.. only in Christ, the bible is no chains, it's a chainbreaker. Breaking your sins into pieces... Repent now, and turn back to the true Lord only.. God bless.😢😢
Amazing, wish more companies did actual research and put these things into consideration its unfortunate we live in such a capitalist society :c

Natalia Williams, “The Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City.” That’s what I researched. Where does this fundraising go to? Who are they helping? My point is that society is literally paying attention to what they’re wearing, if you search met gala on CZcams, we see how many people are literally making videos, judging what celebrities wore instead of focusing on actually important things happening in society because it’s the only thing we are taught to focus on. We look up to these people no matter who they are, and what they do. Im not saying I’m not part of that circle, what I’m trying to say is if they know so many people around the world are watching this event to take some time to make important talks about what’s happening, even if they don’t contribute in funds. They have this amazing platform where their fans will actually listen.
We definitely shouldn’t forget about the fashion industry. That’s terrifying I tell you. As well as cobalt and chocolate.

It's not that we don't "learn". It's that some schools are just there to earn money. If given proper attention, the below average students will be able to learn just as good as the toppers. I've had some teachers who gave the toppers extremely good care and acted very sweet to them. While teaching the average range students or below average students they acted like the students were torturing them even tho they remained silent for the entire class.

Same goes with cocoa farmers. Most of them don't even know what Chocolate tastes like. They get low wages as well. The world is so corrupted.
🤣🤣🤣 do you know what “fair trade” coffee workers make 🤣🤣🤣 like a couple bucks for a giant bag of beans that have to be hand picked, soaked, dried, and bagged!!! All these workers in poor countries make jack squat! Heck even look at factories like the apple factory in China.. not just there but in Australia I met Europeans on gap year that we’re doing hard labor for things like banana farms and they were not nearly paid enough! And that’s a first world where the supposed minimum wage is fairly high- but farms don’t have to comply
Don't know about countries but India has a serious corruption issue like this in every state.
I finally understand what fairtrade is actually about, and what fights!!!

This story is Soo touching..I even feel like crying seeing these little.kids passing through this kind of life and and risking their own lives
The girl asked "If not mining mica what would you be doing today?" and the kids answered that they would be hungry. Normal kids would've answered "in school" or "playing" but that thought didn't even cross their minds just shows the weight and reality of the situation they're in.
Thats sad i just wish other kids would take an example
I thought the same thing to myself. It didn’t even cross her mind to say ‘we’d be playing’ or anything else. She just knows that if she doesn’t work she’ll be hungry. It’s so sad.
Normal kids in America, the West. Not the reality in places in the world. But we chose not to know, to ignore it, 😢.
I guess I'm just one of the different ones I live here in the United states myself, I grew up extremely poor and I was mentally, physically and sexually abused, I starved a lot growing up and was homeless. It was horrific but I overcame everything I'm a wonderful mother and wife, you can't let certain things, hold you back, no matter what happens in your life, these children are so sad and now I'm gonna be extremely mindful about everything that I use, but they're not starving to death. I know that sounds horrible, but I know what it feels like to starve it's incredibly painful until you don't feel it anymore. So even though I'm praying for these kids, and I don't want any of them to get hurt, I understand why it's happening oh it's wrong, no doubt, absolutely wrong, but at least they're not starving to death, and something needs to be done. It really does children, no matter what country they're in should never have to go hungry.
@@gazellerichardson9135 yes, we do choose to ignore it, I don't I grew up extremely poor, I was homeless a lot. I was physically, emotionally and sexually abused, we get starved a lot. Their daughter died working there, and they still do?! That just shows how trapped they are.
They want to survive
I don’t think they really have a choice if they’re gonna risk their life for it, the children.
When you live in a 3rd world country or are poor, you have very little options of choosing a job.
People should stop supporting and buying from makeup companies that support child laborers and other well known ones like Victoria's secret. I stopped trying to buy from these companies due to the horrible quality and the known fact they use that type of service for their products. I'm against it all. IriDium 4Jesus the sad thing is these children can be easily replaced. There are lots of BPL families in Jharkhand who would send their children for illegal child labour. I wish they had blurred out their faces.
@IriDium 4Jesus harming doesn't mean killing them, they could have gotten hit, slapped, molested, kicked, threw rocks at, you never know

The crazy thing is, these makeup companies charge so much for makeup, only to send influencers on expensive trips for marketing. thank you for making this video
Inspiring message to stop child labour ...keep it up
Empty stomachs with shimmer between their toes. Living in poverty and exploitation while walking on the shiniest dirt.
venus. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
it really brings out the privilege we have
That's a good comment
Your right... life can be so cruel
The saddest thing being the government doesn't do anything about it. The Indian Constitution LITERALLY has a constitutional right which goes against exploitation like this. But apparently, they couldn't give a fuck and instead be power hungry whilst their people remain HUNGRY.
Now this, *THIS* is the thing that CZcams should be putting on the Trending tab, not expose or apology videos.
True
ikr people dont really give a fuck and some business people covered this kind of case
agree.
yessssssssssss
Lets make this trending
Excellent Thank you!!
I just watched another video on how important the color of your skin is to your success in India. You would think that helping children with education will elevate them out of poverty. Yet it's their skin color that is the ultimate barrier because they won't be hired. It was stunning to hear a young girl say, "I have the right education, grades, attire, but I will not be a good representative of the company," i.e. I am too dark. These children will never have a real chance in this country.
Wow I'm just learning so much reading comments I did not know this so so heartbreaking
Cruelty free but not child labor free 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
cruelty free should mean child labor free too, this is so dumb
i hate how people care about animals more than CHILDREN
I’monhelium cruelty free means cruelty free for animals
I dont think we should really be comparing. Pouring toxic chemicals into animals' eyes and skin is no better than what's happening to these children.
Najma Ahmed I agree but they should also care about animals
When the girl in the beginning said
“Only if I study will I become something “
I felt so horrible cuz I know ppl who have absolutely no interest in education but are “forced to “ by their parents
And then there’s kids like this
My mom always reminded me of this growing up, and I truly appreciated my education.
Ikr 😥
Well an army too 😊
Bangtan Army I agree with you, but I also feel that when you do not get something in life, you realize its value more than something that is freely available to you...
So true. It's normal for people to complain about studying and school, everyone does that. But someone else out there wishes they can be in our position rather than being in child labour.
Bangtan Army nigga stfu, they still have a cast system unlike America
I wear no make up at all since 2007 I started to love myself the way God made me and I am the most happy since then. I had no idea that I save someone’s life by not using ,,mask on ,, why don’t you try it to do so as well.
You are like an angel, it’s heart breaking and i feel so stupid for always complaining about little things in life. I am thankful to god for whatever he had give me and i will pray for them.
"if I study, only then I can be something"
that hurts
Ethan Manzano that’s true for a lot of people, here too
As a teacher for over seven years, that broke my heart.
WHY is that surprising??
That’s true in any country
Exception to that is very very few
82Brightstar um ok but most education is free first of all and secondly you can still get a job that pays even without having qualifications and a criminal record.
be more sincere considering you’re not in their lifestyle.
Kids are dying so we can have glitter on our cheekbones 💔
Jaime Ketchum That’s not the point.
Yeah... It's already horrible but when you say it that way it just makes it sound worse and worse
@Jaime Ketchum but you get the point so it doesn't matter
Jaime Ketchum that’s irrelevant
Olivia so sad.. we shouldn’t buy makeup so we may be able to save children’s lives
Great ground reporting.
I know this place , i live just 20 km away from this this place. Thanks to you, mam for your effort to put forward on international platform.
Imagine this: Your watching this video and suddenly, you find yourself watching a 5 second ad about buying these products. HOW CRAZY IS THAT?!
Please, spread this information. All consumers must know the truth. If you wanna more information, you can visit satyarthi-us.org/news/ or if you wanna help them, you can watch czcams.com/video/UsqKz1hd_CY/video.html These children will thankfully your gesture.
Toxic marketing... They only care about selling more and more of their products.... Not thinking a bit about its employees or its customers emotions.... Lives of children are on stake why ? Just a mere marketing. To sell more. To earn more. Toxic.
I feel bad
Google is fucked up, bro🤦🏻♀️
BROTHA......... IM CREEPED OUT NOW BEFORE THIS VIDEO I HAD A AD ABOUT SEPHORA OML
Being an Indian I really feel frustrated that we needed a foreign media to reveal this dangerous side of mining industry in India.Indian media simply focuses on useless political drama. This is really an eye opener for a south Indian living far from these mining states..thanku
Hi bro
Actually I bet a lot of kids in especially western countries would rather work in such mines than keep going to their own schools.
Yes, it is shocking idea, but I seriously doubt any of those mining children want to end their lives like their fellow kids trapped in physical and mental circle of torture elsewhere, which some people also call schooling.
@@JoJo-dj9ek oh no school sucks oh I'm so edgy I say school suck I'm depressed I want to kill myself, am I edgy yet? Am I edgy yet???
@@JoJo-dj9ek don't assume anything which you don't know about. You have no clue about rural areas of South Asia. Insecurity and Depression don't exist here. Because , the life people lead here can hardly call life. Your most basic human needs are not guaranteed. So having emotion and knowledge is luxury.
Same here bro.i thinks kids have a better life in kerala
India has got to address child labor, this is truly horrifying. My heart goes out to these beautiful children! 💖
it's got nothing to do with the government. it's just the reality of capitalism. when it comes to these multinational companies they will try to get as cheap as labor as possible. this is the result
Excellent work 👍 hope something will change
Why CZcams can't put this on trending. This needs to be known by all.
because people dont care enough. you hear plenty of story of how kids starve here and there, but once they watch it then forgotten about.
I agree totally
One of the big factors could be it isn't advertiser friendly. Which I call bullshit since this should get out and is a serious problem
AYYEEE ARMY
it's not youtube that put this on the trending list. the human decide.
It's not just mica, its diamonds, it's sugar, coffee, chocolate, gold,
Etc.
Exactly, is everything that we consume. We support and feed slavery industry everyday
and oil is a whole different conversation
NESTLE. if nestle stopped their bullshit, pollution would dramatically diminish. they own so many labels and companies.. imagine just the plastic bottles people throw away in rivers and lakes, that's a whole other problem. and then add all the cancerous food items, the theft they do in poor countries for their resources, their animals..
Even the batteries for our cellphones
@Lola M No. That keeps the current systems moving. Attack 'em all at once.
Really so sad to know about that .. I really appreciate , hand's off to you for doing this Bigg gob for report and also giving a batter life to Indian children may god bless you and please continue your work to make people's life easier .. Thank you so much for everything ..
Being an Indian am so proud of you mam (good interview)
“What would you be doing if you didn’t have to mine?”
“We’d go hungry”
So emotional and teary. Yet some of us complain about the "perfect" lives we are living
I watch anime
Heart breaking 💔
It's better if they will be educated and trade this product in the right amount and parents will do the mining so that they can send kids in the school.
Education is free. It’s the parents who misuse their kids. Indian government should punish the parents.
When she asked them what they would have been doing if they weren't mining. For a minute I expected them to say playing. But an 11 year old said stay hungry and that breaks my heart
So... buy more makeup? This is really a problem and the answer seems unclear.
@@glynnisthomas9165 i think we in need to pressurize our govt. to wake up and do something about it. and the rest of the world needs to start asking for products with ethical sourcing. Dior can easily pay more then 50 cents a kilo for their mica!!!
There’s a way to donate in the information on the video. The organization works towards making changes in the governments, the child labor laws, etc.
On CZcams, search for (LOSING THE CROWN OVER VANITY) here is the link to the video czcams.com/video/DFwDOzpOyjo/video.html and hear a nine minutes testimony of a man called, feliciano lima who said that Jesus showed him a female Christian whose name is Fabiano Anastasia decosta. Who failed to make it into heaven after death because while she was on earth, she failed to separate herself from outward andornment, vanity and makeup.
Watch the entire testimony for more.
Even we stop buy, its cant be solve problem. These just like branch. Even u cut they will keep grwing..
I just found it and at first I found it really very disturbing and thought no one can do anything about it but when I saw a foreigner's concern of it I am very much hopeful and looking forward to something big❤😊
Great work 👏👏
You have no idea how many things are made with child labor. This is just the tip.
I used to work stocking shoes in a Levi’s factory in my country when I was 10. It’s legal, but the work hours are brutal for all the children they hire and pay 2,000 pesos every mont. that’s like 50 dollars, working 7 hours a day every day except for the weekends. And mine wasn’t that bad, because I know children who had lost their lives working at the plastic factories. This happens because what they have to pay is really ship compared to the USA. So yes, and I’m chine is worse.
If children have to work, and past a certain level of poverty, they often do, how do we make sure they are kept safe, well paid, and educated? The first priority is to make sure kids have nutritious food, potable water, and safe shelter. (Even when they don't have parents who can provide that) Next priority is to make sure they have means and power to escape exploitative cycles.
Working is often the difference between starving and eating, so any solution which just says, "Children can't work" won't help unless we go deeper. Unfortunately, sometimes that means fighting for good work conditions, rather than preventing them from working. If they can make enough to comfortably live in half a day of work, then they can get the education the need to further escape these forms of exploitation and predation.
But that's just one way to look at this problem. I'd love to hear any solutions you think could help
Im happy i dont need to do that work :>
*wait,how did i get here?*
The world should be waking up soon. What will you do? What can you do? What will I do?
Information isn't about entertainment. To be informed is to have knowledge. And knowledge isn't to be squandered.
When children are slaves to enrich Revlon, the world has fallen.
Makeup is not about beauty. It's about sex. And now there's little children in the Western world being taught to wear makeup.
We think "surely the government wouldn't knowingly harm children"
Maybe that's true.
But look here, makeup is knowingly harming children, so women and girls can look beautiful.
That's a kind of evil.
@@tryingtoknow8190 you live in rich world, the fact that in poor country, many children hope they can have job, they wanna eat and them parent so poor
It broke my heart when the little girl in the ends said "I just want an education".
She needs some discipline tho
Greg Brady what ?? Why?
Greg Brady explain now
You racist people come to India and film ,without governments permission. Then shit on India. Such a nasty woman you are. Keep this hatred for India.
Better focus on your country, which is responsible for historical emissions. SHAMELESS Westerners.

Got a makeup ad two times in this video 💀
good doc well done..kids WANT to learn they should all have that right.
Now, all those make up bullshiters and influencers who make millions with make up business should donate some money for this kids! At least for food and education.
Agreed!
Your right
then who would get them mica at a low price
I agree
