Don't know if you've covered this, but in Halo 3, the casings ejected from most UNSC weapons have the word "chief" on the back of them. This is also apparently in ODST and Reach.
Disco Elysium was the first time I had ever played a game like it, and man was it memorable. The atmosphere and dialogue were so on point.
Snowman ammo for explosive penguins from Opposing Force is actually pickup from deathmatch map. It was winter-themed map where the snowman actually blended in with surroundings.
With how heavily inspired by "Full Metal Jacket" the "Boot Camp" section of Half-Life Opposing Forces is, I'm surprised the Game over screen there didn't make a reference to the Pyle character.
Also fun fact, if you hang around the start room, the Sargent will actually quote Full Metal Jacket while chewing out other characters.

Honestly I didnt know there was a Destroy All Humans 2 remaster. I actually had that game but never got past the second or third level (Hippies are interesting and fun to mess with)

There's a detail on Apex Legends that might not have been mentioned yet. On Storm Point some of the buildings have meat hanging outside. Check the cenote and Cascades but there is more. When you shoot them they actually include a fleshy impact noise and visual.
I still thought that one time on that episode where Quagmire goes to an school to pick up Peter because Peter had to redo one of the classes or something in order to keep his job and he found out that he had a lot of kids in the same school that looked just like him.
heres one: in AC:BF, as the jackdaw lowers in hp, the ship itself starts to look worse with pieces of wood scattered all over the deck as well as some broken railings
I’m not sure if you have on covered this but I found a cool Deathloop easter egg. In the Fristad Rock level, if you head to the bar place where the drunk people were and go to a corner, you can see a arcade cabinet that is called "Hell Crasher". This is a obvious reference to Doom as there is a cacodemon that shows on the screen. The font is also from Doom and "Hell Crasher" is probably a parody of "Doom Slayer". I love your videos man, keep it up!
The RDR2 Easter Egg I found on my first play through and thought the Easter egg was that you could shoot the soldier
In Bloons TD 6, if you take damage with Benjamin the Code Monkey on the screen, he has a chance of saying "Have you tried turning it off and on again." Reference to the IT Crowd and the on going joke that use in that series. It's also a common phrase when troubleshooting computers.

After this you have to put Robin in the cell. But if you keep entering the cell and ignore the counter icon above robins head. Joker has some unique dialogue

Also in Ghostbusters, between each mission, if you check the answering machine on the top floor of the firehouse, you can hear lots of unique messages, with some making references to previous levels or other movies, one being a reference to Watchmen, with the message going "Who Busts the Ghostbusters?"
in STEEP, on the alps map, if you drop at the rifugio teodulo, you can see some wood cottages. You can walk towards the houses and there will be a snowman sort of inbetween the two houses. If you walk into then the snowman will be destroyed and get kind of a jack o lantern type head. Not sure what it is a reference to, but It is still quite a cool detail.
In Titanfall 2, if you go up to one of the grunts in your titan they can have varying reactions where they get mad, sad, or start begging.
I would say the playable character in Murdered: Soul Suspect is a pretty down on his luck detective. Considering the fact that he was murdered and is now a ghost trying to solve his own murder.

Dont know if anyone knew this on your channel but on borderlands 2 on ps4 controllers. what element you hold for your weapon changes its led color. I found it as a neat real life detail from a gameplay element!

Hey captain I’m not sure if you played The Quarry but when ever you pause the game it shows a picture of the character you’re currently playing as. Well after certain events one character leaves the others in a fit of rage and later when we play as them we see them crying and if you pause the game it shows tears coming from their eyes. As soon as I saw it my first thought was telling you about it
Since Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak is releasing in less than a week have this interesting detail. When your hunter places a Large/Mega Barrel Bomb down they'll announce it loudly. But if they place the bombs next to a sleeping monster they'll whisper instead so as to avoid waking the slumbering beast. :)

Hey cap, I don't know if you've covered this before but in the Division 2, you can shoot the wheels of some vehicles and it will actually pop/go flat
You can even close open car doors by taking cover near it and walking into the open doors lol! There's even an achievement for that lol!

In Call of duty Black ops 3 you have to go down a hole in one of the missions with Hendrix well as you go down the hole you can find nova 6 containers in the dark along the walls (you have to shoot your gun to see them) this foreshadows the ending.
On HFW if you complete certain rebel camps (idk exactly witch ones) there is a secret dialogue that gos like the following: "i already completed this camp, but i didn't found what you are looking for" this happends on the area of the low lands clan
In Destroy all Humans 2, you can also prank call the police offices during the whole game, so I bet you're gonna have fun in August 30th when the remastered version comes out.
When you mentioned the Ghostbusters video game when you get to the Civil War exhibit, my mind went to one of 2 things.
1. You can go around and listen to all the historical facts on the civil war by interacting with a speaker placed outside various displays.
2. When you are catching the Civil War Soldiers. If you catch the Southern ghosts first Winston will say "That's how it's done! Lets go catch the North!". But if you catch the Northern Ghosts first, Winton will say this: "Nice Busting man! But I would've gone for the South first."
Keep on playing Disco Elysium, Cap. You'll be surprised at how many details and even Easter Eggs and references are out there in the game.
Almost everything in Disco Elysium is kinda easter eggish. There are so many secret check based on the skills you developed that changes what Harry is thinking. Oh, and you have absolutely to put on the Ugly Necktie. His jokes are so bad and so hilarious at the same time

Don't know if you have already covered this but in the first ps4 spiderman game, when spiderman gets his suit ripped in the first level he says that he does not want to expose his three chest hairs. So if you 100% complete the game and get the undies suit and go into photo mode and zoom in on his chest then you will see the three chest hairs which is a very nice detail by the creators.
In a platform fighting game called Rivals of Aether, one of the stages has statues with some kind of cloth (like a table cloth) on the base of them that's always ruffling in the wind. If someone parries an attack or gets launched into the blast zone, the resulting explosion will cause the cloths to ruffle a lot faster for a moment, which is impressive because it's a 2D game.

Hey - Captain Eggcelent - have you ever noticed, in Zelda: Skyward Sword and Skyward Sword HD, there’s a circular room near the Sand Sea where there’s a single Goron digging through a rock wall, and there’s a Sheikah stone in the center of the room, surrounded by a circle of bomb flowers, and iiifff you blow up any one of the bomb flowers, it will trigger all the other bombs in the circle pattern to explode as well, and, when that happens, the Sheikah stone will lift off the ground and jet upwards like a rocket, actually completely leaving the room via the big hole in the ceiling? It’s the only Sheikah stone in the game that has a special animation, at least that I’m aware of. I was going to search through your videos to make sure wether or not you’ve already covered this little hidden detail, but you have almost 100 of these episodes so I figured I would just point this out and you can use it if you haven’t already. I found a Easter egg/detail in Solar Smash, when using the block world planet and then equipping the bomb ( the ones that look like a grey basketball with blue strips) when you click the planet to use it the bombs, they (the bombs) will look like Minecraft TNT blocks (to unlock then block world planet, you need to use the green Regeneration missiles on the block earth then reset the planet

i have played ac odyssey and uncovered a easter egg near a mountain giving a nod to getting over it i do not know where the easter egg is located but this was around 2 to 3 years ago and i found it just by roaming around the unexplored areas.
Edit: the mountain is called (mountain temple of poseidon)

a cool detail/easter egg is in the quarry chapter 5 white noise if you take dylan’s arm off to stop the infection with the chainsaw on it will say groovy tools referencing ash williams from the evil dead movies
I’m not sure if this is a detail or glitch but when I used detective mode (in Batman Arkham knight) after taking down Johnny charisma (and he is unconscious) it says that there is an unarmed enemy and the only other character is robin, soon after robin will lock you up and you can counter and such. Agains I’m not sure if Johnny is actually conscious or if it’s a glitch but still cool.

In Far Cry 5, when first arresting Joseph Seed and walking him to the helicopter, you get a side view from behind him of his sunglasses. If you pay attention that field of view on the screen is actually the same color as his sunglasses as if you were looking through the lens. Small but good detail!
