    Thank you so much for this video, I just recently started sewing so i’m fairly new to the mechanics of the machine and how to use it. Do you know which sewing foot and needle size you used?

      I used a regular foot and I don’t remember the needle size

    Hi! For the first method. Did you have problems with the neckline being too tight when you put it on? If so how did you fix it?

    I love it but when using method 2 and 3 will it stay intact when using the washer and dryer?

    Thank you so much for this video! How much yard of fabric did you use?

    Loved it! What tension did you use on your sewing machine for the first hoodie? And since you’re using pink and black did you have to use two different color threads or one color?

    • @DynamicxFashion
      @DynamicxFashion  Před 3 lety +2

      It was on like 8 but I suggest a lower tension maybe 3 or 4. You can use two different colors buts that’s personal preference. I didn’t, I just used pink

      @@DynamicxFashion thank you for the suggestion and quick response! I guess my concern is that I’ve been working on trying to perfect my craft as well with making my hoodies and I realized that when I used two different colors to make the hoodie you can see the color thread that I use for the satin on the other side of the hoodie. I hope that makes sense. For example, since you used pink for the satin and black for the hoodie, did you use pink threading for both of your bobbins when sewing and did it show the pink thread on the exterior of the hoodie lining? Sorry for all of the questions.

    • @DynamicxFashion
      @DynamicxFashion  Před 3 lety

      Oh your questions are fine! That’s why I’m here! Ok so I would suggest using the thread color of your hoodie for the top thread and the color of your satin for the bobbin. For mine yes I could see the pink thread because I use it for both the top and bobbin

      @@DynamicxFashion okay great. I have tried that before and I will continue to use that method. I’m just still trying to get the tension right cause since I’m using two different colors you can see the other color thread pull and intertwine through the satin material instead of just the one color I need it to be. I hope that makes sense. Any suggestions for that?

    • @DynamicxFashion
      @DynamicxFashion  Před 3 lety +1

      I understand your problem however I’m unsure of how to fix that one.

  • @jessr7995

    The hoodie/neck line is tight to get on and off after sewing in the satin. Is that normal?
    Also, I did exactly what you did, even added a little extra seam allowance when cutting but my fabric came up short once I got from one end to the other after sewing. And the neckline didn't reach the seam of the hoodie. What did I do wrong?

    • @DynamicxFashion
      @DynamicxFashion  Před rokem +1

      The one that was sewn was the best! Then the fused tape & the glue

      I’ve washed mine plenty of times and it’s still good as new. Yes you can sew over but if you do that you may as well do the sewing method.
