For people who want to save money: satin scarf or pillow cases from dollar tree or the hair store!
All day! They work great!
I’m going to make this before the winter. It’s more affordable to make than to buy one of these😂

Lol
@@Soup_yRat fr thoo 😭😭 what r the odds❓
How did u attach it down the middle back seam of the orginal hood?
what type of stitching did you use?
How much fabric did you have left over ? Would one yard be enough for two hoodies ?
What size needle did u use? :)
We did these years ago for gifts
where did you get the hoodie
could i hand sew?
Did you use a straight or zig zag stitch to connect it to the hoodie?
Can you do a video like this with the pockets satin
Is this stretch satin or regular satin?
Will using e6000 glue stain satin?
Are the seams visible from outside ?
what paper did u use for the pattern?
Does the fabric glue hold just as well as sewing it?
No
How do you get the stitching to not show on the other side
Hello Babe, [Shalom] 👋🏿. I'm just seeing this now for the first time and this is so fire my beautiful sis and you did an incredible job and I'm very interested. But I do have a question where did you get the yard of satin from and how much did it cost for the yard of satin. Also I'm going to make some satin hoodies as well and I definitely wanna learn more and thank you so much for the info and I really needed this. @JONYAÉ
Do you think I can reach similar result without a sewing machine? So weaving by hand
this came out fire af and tried to follow your steps and the neck part out real tight to the point where I have to fight to get my head thru. any solutions?
What's the name of song?
does this work for people with long braids? wouldn’t the bottom half of the braids get frizzy because there’s no satin lining them?
Sis u could do a top bun or leave the ends out and on your shoulders
Hi followed your steps (for an adult hoodie) but The hoodie neck line is tight to get on and off after sewing in the satin. Is that normal?
Thank you for this!! Any tips on how to sew the bottom of the hood? That part doesn’t really look the best when i try 🥴
Use the seam that is already there as a guide!
@@jon_yae Yes, I’ve done that but will keep trying!! Thank you!!!
It would be easier to sew on a zip hoodie than a closed one.
@@galaxi407 that’s what i was thinking too… thank you!!
Who in Dallas can do this for me
may i ask what store did you buy this satin from? its so pretty U_U
you can get them anywhere i get mines from amazon
Есть русские?
Iam a man and i dont really get the difference between a normal hoodie and this satin variation. Does it make so much difference? Is it for "PoC" hair in special or just any hair. Does it protect your hairstyle or ist primarily to feel good?
It would be very kind of you if someone could explain the details to me.
Thank you in advance
It’s for any hair type. The original polyester fabric from the hoodie rub against yo hair causing friction and you’ll have split ends and eventually your hair could break off. Satin fabric protects the hair and keep in moisture.
@@jon_yae ah ok, thanks for the quick answer. One last question, do you think that it would be a nice feature for a normal female hoodie which you use for outside and normal everyday life or do you think that would be a bit to much and not logical / necessary
2:29 ok, first of all, you did 1 thing wrong. when attaching the Fabric lining to the Hoodie, you always turn the hoodie inside out, then pin the Lining to the outer edge of the inside hood, once done. then turn the hood right side out giving you a Nice, Clean finish!
