    Supplies:
    Paper
    Manila Folder
Pen +water soluble or disappearing ink marker
    Sewing Machine or needle/Thread
    Fabric
    Heat n Bond Ultra
    Fusible interfacing (tear away suggested)
    Xacto knife
    Iron
    Scissors
    Ruler and/or measuring tape
    No Fray or fabric glue
    Patience
Step 1: Measure how long and wide you want your patch. I zoomed in on my logo on my phone screen til I got the desired size.
Step 2: Screenshot the logo to lock it in place and trace over it with your pen and paper.
Step 3: Trace your logo onto your Manila paper being sure to apply enough pressure for you to see the imprint on the folder. Trace the imprint with your pen. Add 1/8th inch around that.
Step 4: Cut out what you just traced with your xacto knife.
Step 5: Cut out a piece of your fabric a bit bigger than your patch. If your fabric is sheer double layer it with a solid piece of fabric and sew them together.
Step 6) Iron on your fusible interfacing following the factory instructions.
Step 7: Trace around your stencil on the interfacing side. If it’s a letter be sure to flip it over so it’s in reverse (but on the correct side) when you cut it out and flip it over.
Step 8: Sew around what you just traced with a straight stitch being sure to back stitch at the end.
Step 9: cut out your patch following around the outside of what you just stitched. Use your xacto knife for touch corners and curves and your scissors for straight lines.
Step 10: Add your no fray or fabric glue around the edges liberally to seal the edges.
Step 11: Iron your heat n bond on the back of the patch. Do NOT remove the paper backing afterward.
Step 12: Satin stitch around your patch for a more professional look. Set your sewing machine to zig zag stitch. Set the length to 0.2 width 3.5 for the first go round and the length to 0.4, width 3.5 for the second go round to cover any missed spots.
    And you’re done! 🫠😂
