Another helpful and good video, appreciating and loving what you do and have I think it’s one of if not the most important thing in a sport like karting. I haven’t used omp stuff that much but I’ve done both things and probably in the future I will start using omp gear more often

One thing for new drivers to be careful of when starting out is the kart shop you buy from. We have a pretty established one where I race which has a team, whilst also selling parts and offering storage services. Sounds pretty good to a newcomer to get race team and garage service when starting out, until you realise that many of these businesses do nothing that is advertised around kart maintenance, and actively hold info on kart maintenance to drivers to get them to buy more parts. We had our one tell us that chassis protectors slow the kart down and don't do much. There we were a few months later with 2mm of space left in the chassis tubing. New drivers should always always always ask around from a variety of people at the track about who's trustworthy and who's not. (P.s. Have fun, love your competition, it's why you're there :p)

I think the real question would be whats the winnings / earnings versus cost and expenses. Is the upkeep higher then the earnings... if so will it always be a loss instead of a win on finances.
There are no earnings. Every class except for F1 will only cost you money, either from yourself, family or sponsors. Every driver (with a handful of exceptions who get everything for free because of their talent) you see pays to be in motorsport
I tried to do both things you said, but the Shop doesnt ship to Switzerland, otherwise i most likely would have bought a suit there. Am i still entered? I am subbed by the way, i just have subs on private.
@@RedExions What really that makes zero sense to me, is only rotax able to rebuild your engines? I'm form the US usually you can chose a company that does engine rebuilds or just do it your self if you know how to, rotax I can do it myself. Unless it's a sealed engine which can only be open by the manufacturer with the lo206 series. Coould you explain just curious in as why not.
Only officially licensed Rotax service centers can do it, if you want to take part in an official RMC. If you won't race in an RMC, you are free to do what you want

Mondokart is the best can’t use kracing I’m in the US. Funny enough I actually need a suit lol I did both things my suit is ripped
