Equality in society is an illusion inherently. For a society to work best you need to govern and tend to every different group of people. Women should do different kind of work than men for example. Put the majority of women at home and marry them to good men so they can be good mothers. And give men work that’ll build their character and so they can be good fathers.
Another example would be to teach children according to their abilities and not put so much importance on being the same age (in the same grade).
