That is awesome! Congrats guys. 🎉 I’ve paid off about $206k and I’ve got $267k left to go and then I’ll be 100% debt free house, rental and everything! Can’t wait to be able to stand in front of Dave and thank him for his advice through the years. I better hurry though in case Dave retires soon….

@@iamhischosen3866 its not hard to believe he got booked during the pandemic due to ppl saving $ thru the first year. ALOT of ppl were still employed but didnt have to pay rent & also the stimy checks that came in, theres alot of dumb ppl who used that $ for tattoos that they wouldnt really save for if they didnt get a free check up front like that. So yeah you sound like a hater who spends more then you make🤡
