  • This is a daily driven Ferrari in NYC. He's a friend, collector, and race car driver. Enjoys driving his Ferrari 458 every day (as you can see) as it's the work horse in his stable. This is the first wash and detail it has received in 3 years. By disaster vehicle restoration standards, this clearly has no dead animals, smelly, moldy, gross interiors, but for a Ferrari is qualifies as a filthy full detail. There is a huge before and after satisfaction and gratifying reveal so watch until the very end. We performed a paint correction with full compound and polishing after we removed the damaged clear bra paint protection and replaced it later in the week. Once done we applied AMMO Reflex Pro to the exterior for insane reflection and paint coating protection. For a full list of products visit www.ammonyc.com. Thx for watching! -L

Wow. I remember discovering this channel back in 2013, back when Larry just had a camera on a tripod and detailed a Ferrari F40 outside in the blistering cold. You have come a long way man, I am glad to see how far you have gone. Your tips and tricks got me detailing cars once in a while, and I even got a Rupes Big Foot polisher thanks to your enthusiastic appraisals. I service and maintain classic cars for a living, but detailing definitely gets me going, as I love a pristine look on anything that smells of petrol and leaks a bit of oil. I have been on and off this channel since I found it, and it is good to be back. Keep at it, Larry!

I gave up on black cars about 20 years ago. When they are clean there's nothing like them but keeping them clean is a major pain. Now for the last 20 years I switched to charcoal gray metallic and you get 90% of the dazzling beauty of black with a whole lot less cleaning time.

A little trick that I've always used on window tint and clear bras is getting a fabric steamer. Does the same effect as the hot water but continuously allows steam to come out and it feels right off no problem.
